@@clpz4167 the mask is from NAG Masks. It’s called the SC75, it’s a collaboration between Nikos and Sean Clark the famous horror collector and agent. Sean has an original 1975 Don Post Captain Kirk mask exactly like the one that was used in the original film for the shape. So he had Sean’s scanned and they decided to produce just 30 of them. I own number 21.

Not a fellow Aspie no, I’ve never been diagnosed with anything like that, but I definitely have a bit of a horror slasher movie obsession 🤷🏻‍♂️ I do love my posters, although I don’t have a lot of wall space and I’m sure I’m already using too much for my wife’s liking. But the truth of the matter is, I have a few that aren’t official original posters just reproductions as the originals are just far too expensive or difficult to obtain. Kind of like my 84 ANOES reproduction, I adore that movie. It’s the one that started me on my love for the genre. But an original will fetch like $800-$1000 bucks and that’s probably for one that has fold marks all over it. Never mind a clean version. But whenever I can, I do like to get an original if I’m gonna put it on my wall. When I do my videos, I like to have on my horror T-shirts to share them with other like-minded people that appreciated stuff like that. I like to collect special ones that speak to me. The collecting is getting a little crazy and I have been trying to cut back, but it’s tough because there’s so many amazing designs now. I also like to wear the T-shirts a lot at home because I have to wear a uniform at work 5 days a week so I can’t wear regular clothes very often and I embrace all the beautiful art I’ve been able to pick up on those T-shirts over the years. Honestly, my wife hates them, she’s never been a horror fan, so it’s definitely tough. Thanks again for the support.

No real big deal. Indeed: A lot of original 27X40" posters I would even venture to say are overpriced. Oh yes, the original might be of a notable cult classic or out right classic but I'm not personally paying over $400 bucks plus S&H for a film poster. Even if the grading is mint or near mint. Oh I adore them; don't get me wrong!! But yeah some reproductions by a certain company that sells out of Las Vegas, NV can pretty much copy them unusually well as well. 😉 Oh I'm the same: I'm _ALL_ about comfort. In fact a little fashion note about me when it comes to pants is that I pretty much just wear track pants or I wear one of my seven pairs of jean shorts (Jorts) that I made myself from Lee Signature jeans. I'm all about comfort. Since I never wanna be famous, I just dress regularly. Alas why try to impress others ya know? I'm no multi-millionaire quite yet (though I'm trying to patent products that I have a patent to large companies but that is for another story), so I don't need no suites worth over a grand just yet. Or overpriced $300 dress boots. Also God bless your wife for allowing you to collect what ya dig by the way!! Much respect & cheers! ☮👍

@@Channelslayer33 honestly because it’s an SC75 and Nick started pulling those around July/August 2023. I ordered mine I think in early August 🤔 He was originally limiting them to 100 but he decided later with Sean Clark that they would limit them but only 30 instead. Long story short he did a whole batch of them and I fluked out and literally got mine in the mail October 31, 2023 so not that long.

Oh, it doesn’t fit THAT poorly lol I have lots of great cosplay shots wearing it. I’m just saying the particular mould is the tightest one out of the three and it’s much harder to hide my eyes but it definitely fits. I just wish it were a half inch bigger. I appreciate the offer but yes, I definitely want to hold onto this one. It’s one of my favorites.

@@markharp8401 that mask is actually a Sinister Studio “Hiro” you should be able to find them with Google. They do have a website and they are a pretty good looking mask that’s reasonably priced. They offer 3 styles actually. Last I checked, they were still under 200 bucks however mine has been totally re-hauled by Rowland Kelly of Death Row Masks. So he completely stripped it, fixed the eyeholes and rehaired it and repainted it. The stock hair that it comes with is a weird material like no other mask. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great. The paint job that came on it when I first got it was kind of so-so as well. and unfortunately, one of the eyeholes was cut a little weird when I first got it and I had Rowland fix it for me.

Hmm I'll probably see it once it hits physical media. Alas I hope that the editing will be better then the second film, though. I mean it was solid as a Supernatural Slasher entry, but the sequel was honestly a good ten to eleven minutes _WAY_ too long to me. Seemed oddly padded to me in three of its setpieces. Still a solid sequel overall if ya don't take it as high-art or anything overly pretentious, though. Glad many seem to dig it. 👍🎃

@@GWC10 I agree David Howard Thornton is really good as Art the clown. I do remember him in that joker role in the old fan film I believe it was, that has been circulating lately. I agree it was a really fun movie there were just a few things I thought were a little peculiar like his buddy Vicky I probably preferred it just being Art as the mind behind it all. But I am a hard-core slasher fan, so that’s probably why. i’m also a big fan of Elliot Fulham. I thought he was great in the second film and I just wanted to see more of him I guess. and hell, yes, I would love to have an H2 mask to put next to that Halloween II statue. In fact, I’m in the process of listing my Sinister Studio rehauled Hiro for sale in hopes I can use the money to trade up for an H2. We’ll see. Thx for watching man

@@He_Loves_Horror I know what you mean on the ending and it did seem to run a touch long. The third one is also a pretty long movie as well. @@markhedrick3056 it just fits much better than this first one did. This one was quite large on me. I’m usually a 46 long for coveralls like the workrites from the Blumhouse series fit me best in 46L like my Kills coveralls. My H40 coveralls are 48L workrites and they’re just a touch too big. The ones in this video are 48 tall I believe and we traded them up for some 46 tall ones in the updated video.

@@ryanranard5187 that mask is really nice and looks quite accurate as well. From my understanding, it was done from a 75 Kirk and at the time it wasn’t wearable because it was a mini that belonged to Sean Clark. So I’m pretty sure it was scanned from that and enlarged. To me it’s very accurate looking like this one as well. It almost looks like it has more stretch in the forehead area than a straight up 75 Kirk does. Almost like it has a touch of the castle stretch built-in like a nag 75K castle versus a 98 Proto. Either way you slice it that is a very cool mask that is very accurate as well.

@@He_Loves_Horror yeah I suppose I could’ve tried to ask around more. It was just so packed and I didn’t notice a lot of people standing around to ask while I was touring the different areas. As for Rose I’m not that worried about it. I’m just annoyed by it because she cancelled twice and there’s no guarantee she’s ever coming here so I have no idea if they’ll be a chance next year or not sometimes they just don’t come like Christina Ricci wasscheduled over a year ago and never was rebooked. Also for example James Jude Courtney was booked three years in a row for the Calgary horrorcon, and it got buggered up starting with the pandemic and then the Halloween Ends re-shoots spoiled it for the third year in a row. Luckily, he did come back but sometimes some of these celebrities never make it here. The one I’d like the most is honestly Nick Castle. He hasn’t been here in five years I would really like to get my Nag mask signed and he’s no spring chicken so I’d really like an opportunity to meet him again.

It's all cool my good man. Also things get reorganized every year with these conventions (its to my understanding), so next year you can simply show up earlier & keep on asking around. Have ya given any thought about next years Cosplay? With your height plus some padding, you would make for a great Leatherface. I'm not just trying to boost your ego!! Alas with a good Trick Or Treat Studios mask rehauled, I can see you as the Savini-created TCM 2 (1986) Bubba Sawyer, or a nice even dirtier & gritier reboot Thomas Hewitt (2003) Cosplay. Sure, you'd have to have some padding for "bulkiness & flab". However, I feel like you could pull it off. 👍🔪What do ya think? Any thoughts? And yeah while I own Blu-ray versions of them, alas after the first two from the late/great Tobe Hooper, admittedly it isn't my favorite franchise though. Namely because most of them are honestly not overly good movies. I much more enjoy other franchises much more, to be honest. Oh it indeed sucks about Rose. However we can always hope. There is always next year. We shall see... 👍☮

@@Blown6.2 yes sir, i’m actually from Alberta Canada of all places but back in 1988 a friend of mine introduced me to NFL football and the legendary Joe Montana’s arm and I was hooked right then. Been a fan ever since. Blown6.2 is a very interesting name because I’ve also been a car guy my whole life and I have one another account on YT with the world blown in it as well only with my cubic inches vs displacement lol What 6.2 are you talking about, Camaro or Vette maybe? Not sure I’ve ever met another race/muscle car guy that was also a big Michael Myers fan 🤔👍

@@birkinstv4565 Sorry what do you mean? I paid for a superior 78 suit. It’s not real 70s tradewears those are crazy expensive and like 3-4 times more cost than these superiors. I paid Connor’s old entry price on the superior 78’s before the price went up and he exchanged them for free when they were a bit too big in this video. I just paid shipping which wasn’t bad. Check out the link in the top comment on this thread for the updated version of the superior 78’s that ended up fitting much better, that again, I only had to pay shipping for it was a straight exchange. Good price 👍

@@eddieberkeyheiser that is hilarious man and I knew there was a reason I liked your cosplay so much! It’s because you did it the right way haha But yeah I feel like I really need to find myself a proper photographer to take some good outdoor shots. I just don’t have them for my Kills. I have a few decent shots of my Ends set up, but my Ends was based off the Legion safety version 2 coveralls that aren’t quite right. Plus the Ends mask is ginormous and doesn’t look quite to scale with the rest of the outfit. On the other hand, my H40 is very accurate except I could not find Arctiv8 boots in my size back in 2019 even, and I did those coveralls myself and I’m pretty proud of that because I followed those pictures from James Jude Courtney‘s dressing room pretty closely for those. The thing is that mask is on the very small side and it’s really easy to see my eyes. That’s cool that you did your own kills coveralls because the burn marks are very tough to do I didn’t want to risk it myself. The Kills mask is just about perfect for my face and with the accurate Wolverine boots and Reme’s job he did on the burn marks, I couldn’t ask for a more accurate looking set up, but I haven’t done it justice by taking proper photos. I have a couple of decent ones from the Expo a couple years ago but no beautiful outside shots. I’m gonna have to fix that for next year. Congrats man I knew there had to be a reason why you’re set up looks so good and I’m really happy I had some influence in a way I guess lol thanks again so much for watching and stuff. It gives me hope that some folks are paying attention to my videos here and there. By the way, sidenote se7ensins was the first mask re-hauler that I saw that I was blown away by. That was definitely going to be the mask I was purchasing and a short while after I found Simon Brandolino and of course Reme. Once I realize Reme was right here in Canada and I could save on shipping and support a Canadian artist I thought that is the direction I have to try. I’m glad I did because he’s always done an exceptional job for me, but I was very close with going with a se7ensins as well because they are just gorgeous masks. Good luck to you on the next round. @@MorbidMattski I feel the exact same way about kills! I own an H40 and its way too tight. I owned an Ends in the past and it looked like a bobble head haha. Kills fits perfectly and is just my favorite look of that trilogy anyway. Thanks so much for the wishes! I hope you get to take some killer pics soon because your Kills is damn good man!!

@@horrordude8673 oh dude believe me I would love to go to those conventions. I really hope I can make H50 when it happens because I wanted to go to H45 last year. But I would love to go to those ones and sinister creature con, and even down to Texas Frightmare or something. There’s some really bad ass conventions down south. Hopefully one day! The real goal would be to get one put on close to home here and figure out a way to do it bigger and better but that’s kind of a dream atm lol

@@He_Loves_Horror thanks as always, buddy I appreciate the comments and the compliments on my posters. I try to stick to the same frame layout and design for my 27x40 posters. The first power is the only one that is in a different type of frame because it’s actually a 27 x 41 size. If I can figure out the lighting, I would consider doing a little room tour. It’s actually a smaller space than it seems but there’s so much reflection with the big posters that it’s hard to get a clean look at everything, but I will definitely keep it in mind! And yeah, Rose not showing again is very disappointing for sure. I really wanted her name on my poster so I don’t really have much interest in getting something off of eBay because I really want it on that one particular poster that I already have with the COA stickers on the back of it.

Ah nice, Matt dude we're such a like! No, really, because I have Hans Asperger's Syndrome (don't know if ya know what it is) so I know about my frames as well as the grading systems and the price range on the e to the Bay, heh heh. Though I am a bit different because (and this is just a personal thing now; no direct disrespect to any other genre collector) but it simply _HAS_ to be an original. I dislike reproductions myself. Sure: Some are kind of cool but the official print quality on an original theatrical poster is just plain unmatched, rather it is rolled or folded. Or has creases or not or modest edge wear to one side visible (ect). I'm also going for high quality frames myself as well. Yours shows up fine on the lighting scheme that ya choose so no worries there. Alas it sucks about Rose canceling at the last night. Alas I'm sure she'll stay on the circuit for personalized autographs for a few more years. If you're up to traveling to another Canadian city & checking her schedule, perhaps you can get her in a place such as Vancouver next door in BC? Or travel to the Greater Toronto Area one of these days? Be patient. You're a kind and cool guy and I'm sure you'll get her signature one of these days. 👍

yeah, I like the frames to look consistent for sure and the particular ones I get are from a local craft and framing store called Michael’s. They are decent frames for sure and I hear you I prefer originals as well. Most of my posters are originals. However, the nightmare on Elm Street is not but that’s because an original is going to cost me the better part of $1000 lol Many of my others are originals, though like the Blair witch project scream five Halloween kills hereditary and the first power as well as a real French Ghostbusters Afterlife. But I really wanted a nightmare on Elm Street and a 78 Halloween as well and I know I’d have to settle for reprints because they are just worth way too much money and too hard to find. I still haven’t found even a good reproduction 78 Halloween in a 27 x 40. As for Rose’s autograph, I’m not worried about it. It’s just that we have one convention a year in Edmonton and it’s usually fairly disappointing and Rose was really the only highlight for me that I was really looking forward to the entire time and to have the rug pulled out from under me the literal day I was expecting to go there and meet her à la Charlie Brown style sucks hard. So it’s not the fact that I won’t be getting her autograph. It’s more of the fact that it took away the one guest. I was looking forward to achieving something with. And as for travelling to Vancouver buddy that’s a 12 Hour drive one-way for me and it would be very expensive. Toronto is about 2100 miles away from me. We’re talking damn near 3500 kms. It’s challenging to drive to Calgary for a convention when it’s a little over 3 hours of car travel in one direction. Someday I’d like to get on a plane and go to one of these conventions.

@@MorbidMattski Oh I don't blame ya there my good man as indeed, once a seminal classic has its entire run out of the time, the prices become outrageous. I was thankful that over three years ago I got an original 1980 Friday the 13th for under $60 bucks. Amazing, isn't it? Shipping was also very low. Best of luck in obtaining old school '70s Horror & Exploitation posters! I've got an original I Spit on Your Grave as well as an original PIeces (1982) worth a nice chunk of modern day change. Halloween '78 as well as the original NOES would indeed go for a pretty penny. Poster wise I don't have nothing "jaw dropping", but for example I have some unique items. Such as an original The People Under the Stairs and a Hostel & Hostel Part II. The Hostel one I got is the recalled one which is a unique kind of cool William Lustig's Maniac inspired rip-off one sheet. Kind of cool. I'm now chuckling at my lack of knowledge of you _NOT_ flying but indeed just driving. I sometimes forget (alas) that Canadian provinces are even slightly larger in most cases then several U.S. States!! So indeed you'll have to save up the cash to visit the Greater Toronto Area. Even still I'm sure you'll find a ton to do there convention wise if you ever go to one there!!! So how is your homestead of Edmonton, Alberta as of late? 🤔A whole lot goin' on there in the proverbial Texas/Oklahoma of good ole' Canada? I'm a Tennessee native myself, currently in Louisiana. I'm gonna try to retire to Texarkana, Texas within the next two years though as Louisiana is beyond depressing to live year 'round, to be perfectly honest with ya.

@@He_Loves_Horror well it’s not that I can’t take a plane. It’s just that it’s a lot of money and I guess all I’m saying is taking a plane to Toronto or Vancouver isn’t a whole lot different than taking a plane to say California for one of their big conventions for example. One day, I hope to be able to travel to some of them all over the place. Edmonton is all right, but as for big horror, festivals and stuff we don’t really have anything like that. There’s a few haunts that happen like Deadmonton and they have some events at the old Ford Edmonton Park and stuff like that but we don’t have any serious horror conventions that come through town, not here anyway. Funny, you mentioned Tennessee I actually sold my pride and joy- my SRT jeep last summer to a guy that lives in Johnson City Tennessee. Nice fellow. Cheers bud.

It haven’t really had time but one guy totally did think I was from the purge then he found out it was the first power and he got a confused look, and he pulled out his phone and he started typing it down lol he’s like I’m gonna check it out and I said you should I t’s a great film.

@@Pablomyers_py to be honest, I’m really not sure what the other masks go for. I’ve always been a fan of the 98 Proto as well as the Castle 75k those were the two I was considering before I went with this one even the PS78 is quite nice. I’m sure none of them are a bad choice. But I’m not sure on the pricing you’d have to contact Nikos.

@@Scufisha Val says it’s still the biggest size he makes, so the largest. It’s just not quite long enough for me to get my length of thumb inside of it to actually make the thumb fully usable. Unfortunately, I still just have a crab pincher when I wear it. I can’t open my thumb very far but it looks good at least.

@@MorbidMattski oh I recently got my ends glove two weeks ago he makes small large and extra large in ends gloves he still only makes large and extra large in 2018 though

@@Scufisha yeah that’s the thing last I talked to Val about a month or two ago, he said it was still the largest he offered so I’m still out of luck. It is strange because I buy a lot of gloves for work and I’m usually a large to extra large, but I don’t think my hands are THAT big, so I guess maybe it’s just my fingers and thumb are long lol if I got it about half an inch to an inch further down my thumb I could have full use.
