Just saying I love living in Arizona

The condo is nice but when you go outside it’s a totally different story. Don’t go out to walk your dog at night because it’s not safe. Also want to walk to the fry’s we’ll have fun walking through human waste from all of the homeless using the sidewalks as their toilet. The smell in certain areas is unbearable.

This house is almost a $1M and the master bathroom has a plastic tub. I mean, the master bathroom couldn't have a little more of a custom feel. That walk-in shower bathtub combo I've seen in house's costing $350K.

My friend just bought this home. It is probably going to end up at around 3million by the time they finish the pool and yard. They did upgrades inside too. Toll Brothers builds the model home to “inspire.” You end up at double the price. 😮

As expected the model homes were done to a very high standard. $200k+ in options for each. We looked at move-in ready also over the weekend and they were curiously missing some relatively inexpensive options like central great room outlet and gas line for a grill. Pennies for Toll to build into the slab, impossible to add now. Almost everything else can be remodeled to upgrade flooring, kitchens, bathrooms...but once the slab is poured that is what you will have.

But it's still hot so no thank you
