Once you took the first noclip zone and did the parkour and ended up in the warehouse you need to listen out for another noclip sound, with newer versions of beta rooms have an alarm u can pull so it gives u a direction to go

Look for the mold spot above the square this indicates there is a mattress below

You can hear the generator inside the rooms that's near the valves

Well sorry I should rephrase the generators are in the same room as the valve so mostly you're just listening out for it

The missions has 3 sections. Section 1 is simple there is red wires on the floor that you can scan with your lidar follow the wires until you find the button at the end and interact with it, there are 3 buttons in section 1 once you have pressed all 3 you can head back to the first room and a blast door will open to section 2. Section 2 has 3 doors and blue wires on the floor you can follow each leading to a button. Once a button is pressed one of the doors will open use your lidar to scan the door you will see a door colour and an entity above it, use your lidar again on the left side of the room and you will see a container with an entity inside you need to match the colour and entity in the container to the door this will indicate which door is the correct one. Section 3 you just head north in the room, try to avoid falling down any of the holes you are listening for a static noise at the end of the room which will indicate where the door is to enter the next mission.

Right click on Backrooms: Escape Together > Properties > Betas > Beta Participation > and check Beta builds for testing

switch the game to beta retard

you need to set the game to the beta version in the steam settings

I'm gunna do gen 2 nmg nm solo but I need to re rerun trio someone used a macro for .2 seconds because of a misinput in office so need to rerun it back.

There is a skip in office which completely skips lidar mission and takes you to poolrooms

New skip, surprised this one wasn't found earlier but it changes the pace of speedruns now

Luckily with the new patches during beta the mission has become easier to speedrun but im looking at still pushing it further.

@@xii_midnight Is there any tip for finding the door with the arrows pointing to it? or just luck?

@@OctoberSkys It's mainly just listening for the noclip zone but with the new updates u can pay to call an alarm

There are more ways to do it in each section, I might record another and attempt a better edit on it this was my first attempt ever so its not the best

For the second section when you scan each door you will see an entity and a door colour, once you pressed one of the buttons following the blue lines one of the doors will open, just to the left of the room you will be able to scan a container you need to find which container has the entity and colour that matches the door. For speedrun purposes I didn't check which one it was I just guessd from the first one and hoped I was correct.
