Grace Walk Farm
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 30 มี.ค. 2020
Grace Walk Farm is in the foothills of North Carolina, where we decided to put down deep roots in our hometown. We are high school sweethearts turned backyard farmers…
Our homestead dream was born in 2019, as we sat around the dining room table together with the kids and prayed. We asked God to give us a little piece of land where we could grow food, raise some chickens, and just pursue a more HOME-centered life. We were burnt out and desperately longing for a slower pace for our family.
God answers prayers! We found the perfect property up for auction a few weeks later and Grace Walk Farm was born.
We had no formal training or background in farming. Josh is a pastor and Amber is a writer and a homeschool mom - we were not exactly going into this adventure as agriculture experts.
We figured it out! The good news is you can too. We created this website to help encourage others to take the same leap. You'll never regret putting the focus on what matters most - Faith. Family. Farm.

Hi! My sage plant looks great; but do I need to dig it up and bring it in to the garage for the winter? Sincerely, Wanda
I leave mine out in the garden for the winter. Sage is pretty hardy!
Can egg substitute be used? Such as flaxseed or applesauce.
How did you store them before you cooked them?
Thank you for this video. My husband loves pickles and I think I am going to suprise him with this!
That was great! What kind of alcohol should be used?
Nice!
Only thing is for me…. After 6 months the alcohol all evaporated even though in amber glass droppers and bottles.
do you keep them in a COOL and DARK place??? as that is a must
@ yes - amber bottles in a box in the cool 👍🤷🏻♀️
@@Hotrodtilly that is so strange, I have quite a few stored and I don't have this issue, it's possible the dropper bottles are defective?
@ i have purchased multiple sizes etc - has happened in them all - even my biggest 1 litres?🤷🏻♀️
@@hopesto what kind of alcohol?
Do you let frozen berries thaw? How do you avoid possible breakage with jars with hot steam bath and room temp jars? Thanks. Love my steam canner as well.
Wonderful.
Your measuring is sloppy and the potato starch adds a lot of calories 😢
I've made half a dozen gluten-free breads and your recipe is by far the best tasting.
Nice!
The butternut squash/pumpkin make a great soup. Roast them halved with olive oil & onions, blend & add in a cup of chicken or vegetable stock with a tin of coconut cream. Delicious!!
Where are you in NC?
Love love love the peppers
Is this North Carolina accent?
Yes! 🙌
Good harvest!!
these look great! pickled peppers sound nice!
Love all of those peppers
Why are you dropping them into the container? Don't they bruise, or do you eat them quickly enough for it not to matter?
She is a real farmer.. we don't have time for aesthetic videos 😅😂
By October, I don’t have time for cutesy videos. I’m just slinging veggies everywhere. Haha! Those got chopped up immediately so it didn’t matter if they split a bit.
What temperature do you bake this bread at? And how long?
Love the cameo of the puppy having a BIIIIG drink of water!
What temp and for how long do you bake it??
Link to bread doesn't work anymore.
How much xantham gum Pls send the written link of the recp
The flowers are amazing. I'm wondering if it can be made into a tincture after flowering?
Love this. Thank you!
What temperature for the oven? I did not hear
How did you go about selling? Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing this with us 😊
I can use for indoor plants too?
Great advice!! But please don’t keep your bunnies in cages. They’re amazing animals and should have space to run and be happy. They’re real loving and affectionate animals. ❤
No, actually rabbits prefer small, safe spaces. They get stressed out if they have too much room and nowhere to hide. Not every animal has an instinct for wanting open spaces. Think about it....open spaces are where rabbits go to die in the wild.
Thanks so much GOD BLESS YOU 🙏🙏🙏👏👏🌹
Plot twist you're the wise person!
Can anyone share the written recipe? The written recipe shws "page not found"
You didn't say what temperature you baked it on for how long? When I bake I usually set the temperature, but I haven't baked gluten free, so I don't know if the temperature should be the same. The time for baking may not be the same, but I really don't know.
I just made the bread. Yum. best recipe. I dont remember what temperature so I did 350. Mine rose higher than the pan so it overflowed. I love the flavor and texture. I love your bowls! Thank you
Just boil em in the same water before putting the goods in the jar. Don’t need two pots of water, no worries about getting botulism.
Just made your bread…First bread GF I liked. Thanks
I am new to the gluten free world, thanks for this recipe.
Hi there, I am trying to find the full recipe. your blog link shows it is not found
I can swear thus bread is not glucose and fructose free ,even though it may be no gluten .Why people think we stay away from glutose because it will become glucose eventually so all these are the same as eating wheat bread ,tapioca starch, rice flour ,then all that honey i cannot even continue, the only thing only thing here which won't spike any insulin us the simple sorghum flour that is it and the fiber all those other powder flour starch are all equal to more sugar in the blood.oh yeah.
Very valuable information! Thank you for sharing!
Gorgeous
Beautiful coloring
He is cute
Is he fully mature? Bird pet owner here… I’ve noticed that once those hormones kick in, they get a lot less nice. Although, if you keep handling him, he may stay tame. So cute tho!
He's a dwarf rooster, so yes, he is full grown. You should definitely Google them, they're often times quite beautiful just like this handsome little man!
I absolutely love your accent ❤ Thanks for the great info!
I remember as a kid shucking bushels of corn and oh the Purple Hull pees and my purple fingers! 😅😊😅. Loved those days.
