I've had this bag for about a year and a half or 2 years now and I'm completely satisfied, except that the zippers are really light and they broke recently, so the bag has become unusable, unfortunately.

I like that the backpack has protection from dirt and scratches. I love and have ClickPack X and FlexPack Air. But I don't think they're perfect. And why such a backpack, how will you use it every day? a question for customers.

Been using it for more than 5 years, and still holds its shape. Still one of my go-to when it comes to carrying everyday tech around the city. Very reliable backpack

The vertical shoe storage was an absolute fail in terms of usability. Shoes take up half of the bag that way, it should've been horizontal like most bags out there.

Looks cool, but the bag is big. It is not convenient to carry an umbrella or a bottle, it will constantly outweigh. A hard pocket at the bottom for an umbrella or water or shoes looks cooler. There is no way to throw weight on the belt and chest. Detachable belts solve this very cool, even a mini bag on the belt for an additional fee would be very convenient. But the new design has become clearly more convenient than the previous one.

Their customer service is absolutely awful- I did get my backpack but they don’t reply to emails or treat their customers like human beings

How do you avoid the stealing from the side magnetic pockets ? And... You should put back again the insulated secret pouch that you had on the flexpack pro (i'm lost with the names) Because : It's still your best backpack to date (And I have all of them) That pouch could allow you to put dirty shoes or hide a water bottle to go in a pub where they're checking your bag at the entrance. You need all the ideas of the Flippack with the toiletteries so Pro option And... The insulated pouch of the flexpack pro. So you'll have a little more space too. Maybe a solar panel on the top if it's usefull (Never tried thoses) and you'll have the best backpack ever. Keep the collapside design it's nice when you want to travel and have a back in your luggage to go hiking
