Thanks for this but you are not correct on a few things. You did not mention how to get from boarding gate to airplane. If it is a walkway from gate to plane door you cannot ride scooter on it. If it is a bus to plane plane then you cannot literally drive across tarmac to plane and and so require scooter to be placed on a bus ect. On arrival it would be the same to get from plane to departure. On some airlines they do not tell you to take batteries of but to just disconnect them on tmhen scooter.

Very misleading mine won't work on either gravel or grass and the accompanying instruction leaflet warns against using it on either surface!

Mine won't run on gravel or grass! The clip is very misleading. Perhaps advertisin standards needs to ge told! The instruction leaflets accompanying the scooter tell you NOT to use it on gravel and grass!

I have a similar one. They are wonderful. I carry a fold up box which when expanded fits under the seat. I also have a bag on the back and carry my charger with me. It is upto a person to adapt their needs to these scooters.
