2:32 erm acksually☝️🤓, ratchet and clank 1 remastered changed the story, it was still the same, but it story elements from ratchet and clank 3, so all an epic mickey 2 rebrushed needs storywise, is to take elements from the original plot, (I am to lazy to explain the original plot, so go to the epic mickey fandom for that) and from a gameplay perspective, add new, and scrapped areas, and maybe even epic mickey 1's scrapped content like, wonderland, beanstalk factory, and the thinner ocean, fix oswalds ai, and add ability to switch to him edit: also fix bugs, and the camera, ingame voicelines only play once and only happen when a certain event happens, like a ton of enemies in the way sketches are used more edit 2: 2:15 bruh, there are new areas edit 3: ok, I checked the gallery for epic mickey 2's scrapped content, and... it is insane, you can definitely see how ambitious junction point was with this game, hopefully purple lamp will bring these to life in 'Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two: Rebrushed'

The original story makes a lot of sense than what we all got on the Wii and Xbox 360.

I strongly agreed 👍 💯 with you on epic Mickey 2 that it took about 2 years in the making and the story has include voice actors.

Like, Mean Street looks both gorgeous and twisted in a way that I feel was a bit more well conveyed in this remake. Now I'll always treasure the original game, but something I always noticed was how the bits of painted buildings, when erased, left an indentation into the dark building itself, and it always looked odd to me. Now while that's still present in this game, the parts of toon now have more of a "covering layer" vibe to them, especially with how they're in more deliberate "splash shapes" over the buildings. It reinforces that these buildings are not meant to look like that, and are a mere shadow of how theu used to look. That, and the blend of gothic and dark architecture mixed with the patches of colorful, bright and more "typically Disney" architecture, makes the idea of this once beautiful world now being dark have an even more twisted feel to it, kinda like a Tim Burton movie. And of course, the starry sky, the more detailed buildings, all the props on the streets like parasols and street tables, and the extra architecture for each of the projector screens to the other lands make this one of my favorite versions of Mean Street. Mickeyjunk Mountain is also in a similar position to me. The original honestly looked a bit too... tan to me. A bit too dusty, a bit too dry, a bit too much dry dirt on the terrain. Now? The area is pretty much always this foggy green with how much thinner there is. It feels dangerous, almost even toxic to explore (which fits with how the symbol for this area are those real life WWII Mickey-themed gas masks), it just oozes so much more charm and dread. Heck, on top of all that, it _also_ has snow, just like how the original, junk-free mountain used to have! The loading screens on the remake all look absolutely beautiful, tho I still kinda miss them postcards, the idea that Mickey would try to send one a those to his friends in his world, themed around some of his adventures, was always kinda funny to me. The fact you can just spend 10 e-bucks to skip the projectors you've already been through, while _also_ letting you replay all the projectors you've encountered so far, is such a good idea. Anyways, rant over 😅 I'll say this tho, I don't remember ever having troubles with the camera or the controls back in the Wii version, maybe when I first got the game but certainly not nowadays, but regardless, nice to see all of that has been retooled as well.

Sheen, why are you wet?? Get a towel! Jokes aside, I'm really happy that folks are loving this remake! As a fan of the original, this brings me a lot of joy.
