How do you keep this thing from sliding down towards the wrist while using the sling? I am a big guy so it is maxed out size wise but it slides down all the time. It’s so annoying having to try to slide the brace up towards my shoulder every few minutes especially while I’m not supposed to be moving my arm. Nothing I do or adjust seems to help.

Don’t get this garbage get the on with the electric pump. The gravity cooler doesn’t get or stay even remotely cool especially when your knee is swollen & you’re in a ton of pain. This product is trash.

I hate this thing. I'm a very petite person,and there just isn't enough room on my arm for the top two cuffs without the one cuff digging into the bend of my elbow, making anything but very small flexing movement impossible, and the top cuff digging into my armpit. In addition, it's bulky, heavy, and pulls my arm outward, twisting it. I really wish designers would think about those of us that don't come in a "standard" size when they design a product.

these are the worst bullshit slings ever.

once fitted it is easy to take off. there are 3 buckles to undo and 1 velcro. I like that it is easy on and off. you don't need to take it apart each time. Also, online instructions if you need them. This is a great product.

Just got mine. I am 6'2 255lb and the shoulder ring is extended all the way out. Feels too snug under arm without any weight bearing. No way to wear over anything thicker than a t-shirt. Don't think the "universal" fit is the way to go. Purchased this my self to replace a ultrasling 3 that choked me and made my fingers go numb. Afraid I just blew $170. Should have tried the 4 that comes in specific sizes.

Just got mine and I’m loving the light weight design🙌🏽 My only question is how will it hold up in salt water? Is there a different brace for salt water sports like surfing?
