Upward Health is an in-home medical group specializing in primary medical, behavioral, and social healthcare for individuals with complex needs.
We deliver care in the community. We reduce barriers to care, such as long delays due to scheduling or lengthy commutes to a provider’s office, by meeting the patient right at home. We see patients when they need us, for as much time as they need. Beyond medical and behavioral care, we also assist our patients with challenges that may affect their health, such as food insecurity, social isolation, housing needs, transportation and more.

It sounds like a great place to work, but if your a patient, the odds are against you for no reason. And I feel, if the company states they help people find jobs! Then, why not allow that individual a chance to work for the company? Nowadays, it's hard finding work that will suite your best interests and I've been in the medical field 19 plus years. So, how is it fare to not offer help to those who's in need of it. I met a few Care Specialist who seem as if they were interested in helping me, but turns out; they seem to have been interested in only helping their love ones who already have a job vs helping the one who's in need. This what makes me wonder how many true Christian there is out here.

What a great story to show the impact UH. It's amazing to hear her tell her story firsthand. Very touching to hear how she felt isolated and alone prior to UH intervening and now she feels supported by a team of individuals who see her, hear her, respect her, and deeply care for her!
