But u really need to maintain ur diet n workout to loose weight if u don’t tc of urself u ll put on Wear socks wrap urself also nicely n the baby Sleep rest well bcz that will help u to heal better n faster. Eat methi laddo gond laddo dink ladoo Also methi u should eat every 3rd day avoid Malasa food for 60 days eat bland food
