Shelton is so beyond sick, that no one knows about him. Even on the early 90s when I’d blast this album when I had control of the boom box, one day my Tape was cut!!! Little did they know I wasn’t afraid to tape it back together. Next time I played it I looked in all their eyes to see who cut my tape! Hahaha I didn’t figure it out but this album still blows my mind today

Amazing skill to play such unnatural rhythms, always amazes me - I used to dabble at playing the drums waaaaay back when(more than 20 years ago!) got a second hand basic kit from a car boot sale, modded it by turning the floor tom on it’s side, got another bass drum pedal for about 10 quid and used it as another bass drum. Played quite a bit with a few mates on guitar, but could NEVER play anything as technical as this guy. Tomas Haake from Meshuggah is amazing too, playing different rhythms with each hand and foot is something I could’nt ever really do. Much respect
