Dude honestly, the community is so overrun with chronically online Edaters and Fat Discord Mods. makes the game so fucking miserable, I have had a few good conversations though when it came to people in the Warhammer 40k or clone trooper community and i try my hardest to hang arouund with these folks more it makes the expirence a little more pleasent.
The only good experiences Ive had on this game was playing a horror game on it with my friend where its just the two of us. This game is so retarded its crazy.

Nah its not the game dawg been playin for a good 2 year's and can confirm its the people that makes the game look bad and just make it have a bad light on it there are normal people in it and down to earth people that play it.
the weirdos are the majority, when i play gmod i have to record for like maybe an hour or so for a barely 8 minute video vrchat i usually get this type of shit in the first one or two servers i join
