On the contrary, they have ALWAYS been more than helpful, bending over backwards to help me out, which is very rare in any other retail shops around !!! Keep up the brilliant work and service !!! I've been shopping here for some time and it kind of pisses me off to see ppl trolling the channel. Over the years I've had to make 3 returns, I had receipts for all so twice they replaced no problem and the last time they contacted the manufacturer for me and sorted it out. I don't know what this guy is on about but he sure is showing his intelligence by insulting the staff and swearing. Also I'm liking the Galway shop! Keep up the good work!!

I agree with you, as the manufacturer gives the warranty it is in your best interest to check it,, we have discussed this same thing with some of our suppliers. it is still very important that you keep your receipts as without it there is no come back. Also a product has to be checked to see if it's a manufacturer problem or is it the user, we will always help people send their products back, if it is still under warranty, a service we offer. Of course as long as you have the receipt.

Sorry you feel this way, but we do try our best. We are like all other shops, we honour the Manufacturer’s warranty. If the Manufacturer gives an 18 month or 12 month warranty from the manufactured date, than that is what we will honour, in your case we tried very hard with the supplier in the UK, but to no avail. I don’t believe there is any reason to use such language or to get so aggressive. .

That is not true, everything you see in the video costs about 200 bucks, which is really cheap considering that you got a top notch hydroponics system and a very stable grow box... its not that easy to replicate these on your own below 200 dollars.

Plants grown in an Amazon Aeroponic System have constant access to nutrient solution and oxygen. They take up much more water and nutrients than plants fed a few times a day. The more oxygen, water and nutrients a plant can absorb, the better the yield. Unrestricted access to oxygen, nutrients and water = explosive growth! Unfortunately you can not place the seeds directly into the system. The seeds need to be germinated first in coco coins or rockwool and once there is sufficient root development, they can then be placed into the system.

to all those complaining about the noise,, we are a shop so we have four or five systems running beside each other,, each with fans and running water,, but if there is a problem we assure you we can fix it,, however at the end of the cool tube there should be more ducting attached to outdoor air so that the efficiency of the cool tube's ability to reduce heat is greatly increased,,

Can you place Veg Seeds into the System without the need for Rock wool to or soil

The watersound would be very relaxing in the bedroom :) I would prolly give it a try but for a quick hide from visitors/family would be a hassle taking that all apart.

@ImDaveCrazy there not exspensive only £120 from progrow, you will & i have gained 80% fruit using these systems, the yeild is truly amazing, i will never go back to soil ever again, they are even better when used outside a grow room in the garden sunshine in the summer, i have grown tomato plants in these that went 13ft high

Can someone please explain why you would spend so much money on hydroponics when you can just plant in the ground?? Sorry for being naive, i just don't understand the expense!

This kind of building may risks to damage the lti. Lti ever should push hot air, not inhale. ;-)
