Sir Ram (Ramnganing) Muivah believes Ukhrul is the Jerusalem of Manipur. Education, also Christianity in Manipur hill districts started in Ukhrul. Regardless of that, today, Ukhrul is considered as one of the most neglected districts and lacks in various development aspects. MISSION UKHRUL aims to revive the past glory of our ancestors. Together and stronger let's revamp and rebuild Ukhrul.
