Melbourne has a more vibrant nightlife than Sydney but it is nowhere near the level of Tokyo. Like Sydney, there's not much to do after midnight in Melbourne that doesn't involve clubbing or going to a late-night bar. I do find that it's a lot to make friends in Australian than Tokyo though, even as a non-native English speaker, so it's relatively easier to to get invited to hangouts :D

As much as I like your wife's thoughts of Filipino men but unfortunately I notice that Japanese women still prefer Koreans and Americans over Pinoys Don't get me wrong it's still their choice to date and marry whoever they want but I do hope more Filipino men and Japanese women will get together in the future Because Japanese and Filipino couples are like peanut butter and jelly the perfect combination

I used to date with japanese lady when i study in london we just part our way when we both finished our studies she went back to japan and i went back to davao😢

I've got around 7 Koreans as Chef's where I work and others from other Asian countries. They always say and complain about there is no night life here and can't go anywhere after 12am. I mean there are 24 hour IGA's and petrol stations around and can have 2-3 Chinese restaurants open after 12am till 6-7am in the morning But other than that, nothing. Also there might be vending machine's around if your living around a more populated area and have a university close by
