Net-Chat Assistant Demo | CodiLime
The demo video showcases the capabilities of Net-Chat Assistant, a GenAI-powered tool designed for real-time interaction with network inventory and devices to answer natural language queries about network state and issues. Utilizing an intelligent agent architecture, the Assistant is supported by LLMs and equipped with specific tools to communicate seamlessly with network devices and inventory resources.
Highlights from the demo include:
⚫ Real-Time Interaction - Leverages GenAI and LLMs to provide real-time natural language responses about network state and issues by communicating seamlessly with network inventory and devices.
⚫ User-Friendly Interface - Features a chat-based GUI for asking predefined or custom questions, along with a network topology tab for visual interaction with network resources.
⚫ Debugging Insights - Includes a Debug tab that showcases the tool's step-by-step decision-making process, prompts, responses, and actions to retrieve data from the network.
⚫ Practical Network Operations - Enables tasks such as device configuration retrieval, failure simulation, connectivity checks, and troubleshooting with tailored LLMs and cost tracking for their usage.
⚫ Dynamic Tool Functionality - Supports queries for location-based device details, executing connectivity tools, and observing how actions are selected and executed to provide answers.
Watch the video to see how Net-Chat Assistant can transform network troubleshooting and management into an efficient, intuitive experience.

how can I pass a global store in an ? can you help me? I do like that. But it's not interactive. I wrap my react component with observer // main.tsx const mobxStore = { elementStore, builderStore } if (window === window.parent) { window.store = mobxStore } // useStore.ts function useStore() { if (window.parent === window) { return window.store } else { return window.parent.store } } Thank You
You made my day! Thank you. Much appreciated
Thanks! Helped me to solve the task. And I found out that it is easier to use onBecomeObserved + onBecomeUnobserved
Where from can get reference code
wow really nice,
Nice short and concise. Thanks
Thank you, very helpful and well designed
Thank you for the fantastic video!
great presentation
great introduction video
It's interesting approach! Instead of dealing with `dispose` it might worth trying `onBecomeObserved` and `onBecomeUnobserved` to kill subscription while the getter is not observed by anything. That way the system will self-manage all subscription.
Best video on hosting LLM's on AWS
Best explanation on RAG,LLM,Function calling with example
Thank you very much for the video, awesome!
Can you please share your ansible code?
Great work!
I have this problem when i use the MobxQuery - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'defaultQueryOptions') TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'defaultQueryOptions')
Nice video, good explanation in simple words. I really like it.
Excellent demo - thanks
Hey Adam, this is a great nugget on the topic, I loved the accompanying slides and graphics you used. They help to illustrate complex concepts even for someone who never used containerlab before. Keep it up, we will feature those videos on containerlab docs site!
Super insightful Katarzyna! Eager for more 😉
BRILLIANT!!!
This is so valuable!!! Thank you so much for posting this!
This presentation could use a bit of editing to remove the dead space. I think it would make this a bit more digestible. I'm 5 minutes in and it feels like this should be about 2 minutes in. I'd also recommend not showing the little development things like adding the files and setting syntax parsing stuff in your IDE/PDE. I'm not a huge production guy, but I feel like this could be produced a bit better; could help this actually get some traction.
All your kubernetes series are very helpful. Can you please create a series on kubernetes CRDs?
Thank you very much for this video. It confirmed I was on the right path, however, I am having one hell of a time instructing Spirent TestCenter to run specific tests (or streamblocks, or any test I guess?) from a .tcc or .xml file loaded via either LoadFromXml or LoadFromDatabase. The config loads I just think I'm having an issue starting the actual traffic and viewing the results. I simply want to load the config (2 chassis, multiple ports), run traffic tests that are in the config and view the results via my application. Any help or guidance you can provide would be more than greatly appreciated and I'll buy ya a beer.
Hey! We assume that you have already loaded and applied configuration. To interact with Spirent components from now on, you have to get handlers. In the "Hard Way" we had handlers already assigned to variables, because we were creating objects in the script. In your case, you already have everything created, so you need to know how to get to those objects. You can start with getting the "project" handler, which is auto created and serves as a root. Then going through the hierarchy you can access configuration elements that you want(StreamBlocks, Ports, Devices, Results, etc.). We think that this example can help you understand the concept - support.spirent.com/SpirentCSC/SC_KnowledgeView?id=SOL12660 If you need information about the hierarchy of the Spirent Test Center objects, you can find it in the official document - Spirent TestCenter Automation Object Reference. Hope it helps!
Why don't share the entire code? why do I have to open a blog where I cannot decline the cookies policy to see only chunks of the code?
Hi! Thanks for the comment. The blog post provides further information, but the solution's code is also available in our repository: github.com/codilime/private-slack-chatbot.

Thank you, very clear!
Sir I have question...since I'm beginner, could you please explain after hosting on ec2 container how do I access self hosted llm in my retrieval chain
Clean and beautiful, thank you! Your tutorials make writing react code a joy.
You saved my life....was searching for exact steps to host LLM in our organisation...
Thankl you so much for this. I just have a question. Does this also work for Ionic React?
We haven't tried react-ioc with Ionic React, but if Ionic allows to use React context, then it should work fine.
Looks super cool, I have tried to build a lab and damn this makes things way way easier specially in replication. Configuration as Code reminds me of Nix OS. check this video about it : th-cam.com/video/CwfKlX3rA6E/w-d-xo.html
So are you based-team or anyone who has experience in ML can join
Great stuff thanks.
Totally confusing
For the first time I see a clear use case with examples for Gateway API. Awesome 👍 Thanks 🙏 With Love from India 🇮🇳
wait the question is how do you integrate into Slack
slack API :)
Thanks a lot!
If i used kubernetes gateway then do i need to use gcp api gateway to access kubernetes pods
GCP API gateway is GCP-specific solution and is not the same as k8s Gateway API. For instance, consider a case when you deployed your k8s cluser outside GCP (e.g. an on-prem cluster) . You can onboard Gateway API for it. GCP API gateway has nothing to do here.
@CodiLime_ Thanks for the reply, I've tried to install Elasticsearch on GKE(kubernetes), but I am trying to get Elasticsearch data from outside . How can I achieve this to get data outside? Please help me on this
@@pratiksingh702 Generally, there are a couple of methods available for accessing workloads hosted in the cluster from the outside, when it is a cloud-based deployment, consider using a LoadBalancer k8s service, for instance.
Thank you...
Very interesting and informative. Thank you
Did you pull the model from Hugging Face to your own infrastructure, or did you use it online somehow? This is a great video btw, lot's of useful code to base a project on.
How did you put the glasses on so quickly? ;) Thanks, great talk btw.!
This is so well done. Parfait
