@ that doesn’t mean anything it’s freaking big time illegal to snag any game fish let alone steelhead or salmon you’d get in some serious trouble. Man I’m an old school fisherman but I’ve seen Asians snag steelhead and broke there rods and threw there shit in the river. If you can’t catch em legally and you have to snag fish that are actively running up a river to find a tributary and spawn is wild. Like I said 99% of the people I see snagging are dirt bags. What a joke. I sent this to my brother in law fish and game he was shocked. What a loser you are. I got 3 steelhead today all on a spoon end of the hole. Your a joke :)

@ lollll alright buddy calm down, I steelhead and salmon fish as much as possible all along the west coast - sometimes I hook a steelhead and sometimes I hook a salmon, if it’s hatchery steel it’s comin with, everything else is goin back, so jus relax bud catch and release is fun

Why not drag a small spoon until they get pissed and bite it? Then it’s a legal catch. Steelhead are aggressive and you can sight fish them with spoons just piss em off enough and they will eat it.
