hello @ChunheiXie 多謝支持,嘗試作答。縱觀概念方向清晰,可以把情況更具體地描述,例如: 組織腫脹,因血液較少或欠缺血漿蛋白,講完滲透慢了,然後組織液積聚在組織間,所以腫脹。 少了血紅蛋白,導致血液的攜氧能力下降,導致腦部欠缺氧氣,致使患者容易暈倒。 除了少了白血球,也少了蛋白質製造抗體等。 只是一句少了蛋白質會作生長及條補等,有機會推論不足,導致火車未到站。 加油!

hello @ChunheiXiechunhei-f8n 先理解一下關節的定義,關節是兩塊或多塊骨頭相接的結構,活動關節的主要功能是允許運動。 雖然肌腱是一種連接肌肉與骨骼的結締組織,但不是連接骨骼與骨骼。 它的主要功能是將肌肉收縮產生的力量傳遞到骨骼,從而做到運動。 故此,肌腱不屬於關節的組成部份。

hello @ChunheiXiechunhei-f8n 讓我釐清一下你想講的邏輯扣連,你是指 呼吸肌肉收縮,把胸腔和肺的體積拉大,使肺部體積上升,肺內氣壓下降從而變得低於大氣壓力,空氣由大氣被抽入肺,而在V的時刻,肺部體積依然增加(將快到最大),同時空氣也一直被吸入肺,直至肺內氣壓上升至跟大氣壓力一樣為止,這就是吸氣的完結。 對嗎?
@ 是的,所以吸氣一開始肺內氣壓下降至低於大氣壓力,但之後會肺內氣壓上升(但低於大氣壓力)

I don’t think the question provide inadequate information to identify the type of neurons. The shape of the cell body and the different length of nerve fiber already tell they are motor neurons.

@@siuheifan7389 Thank you for sharing. You have clear concept about sensory neurone. I am afraid that you misunderstood my point. At the very beginning of the question, I have already pointed out the criteria (cell body shape, length of axon and dendron) we can use to determine the type of neurone. (starting from 1:19) Then, I used the criteria to say that both of them are most likely motor neurones. And I also compared the length of axon or dendron to determine the nerve impulse transmission direction. Yes, by using the cell body shape, we can determine both of the neurone look like motor neurones. However, the motor neurone is not connected to another motor neurone. This is a crucial concept. This point is the way for the question to confuse students. The motor neurone should connect to effector or connected from sensory neurone or interneurone. My point is that the question intentionally makes both of the neurones look like motor neurones. Imagine that if we set the question with sensory neurone and motor neurone so obviously, the question will become extremely easy. It is good that like you can use the cell body shape to identify the type of neurone, however, you still have to deal with the question about the connection of motor neurone to motor neurone, which is not correct. Then we can determine the nerve impulse transmission direction. Then, I also use different criteria to rule out any possibility that the transmission direction from Y to X. Meanwhile, it is a chance to clarify the connection among sensory neurone, interneurone and motor neurone. It is a meaningful discussion. Appreciate it.
@@FaithEducation I believe it is inaccurate to say that motor neurons or other types of neurons are necessarily associated with effectors. Both the Oxford and Aristo textbooks state that neurons can connect to one another to form neural networks in the nervous system. Outside the syllabus, upper motor neurons and lower motor neurons are indeed associated with each other. The misconception surrounding this question is that most students think motor neurons must connect directly to effectors, such as muscle fibers. Additionally, the space between neurons is called a synapse (as mentioned in Chapter 17), while the space between neurons and muscle fiber effectors is referred to as the neuromuscular junction or motor end plate.
@@siuheifan7389 Yes. this discussion made me recalled the concept about upper motor neurons and lower motor neurons. I also discussed with my colleagues, the textbook did mention that neurones can connect with each other to form network for coordination. However, the DSE textbook is not as comprehensive as the college reference book. Although it is out of syllabus, I think it is a good chance for students to explore more unfamiliar cases. Therefore, the question may subtly introduce this idea intentionally. Firstly, they draw the same motor neurone to make students reflect what they learnt. Then, that's why they need to recall the criteria. Secondly, it helps us to reinforce the concept about synapse between neurones. Thirdly, that's why they need to know how to rule out that the neurone on the right hand side is not sensory neurone as well. The comprehensive thinking logic is a good way to remind students to use the criteria we mentioned above (like cell body shape, length of axon and dendron) to determine the direction of nerve impulse transmission. This is a really interesting and worth discussion topic. In DSE level, what the students learnt is always like "DSE Education version". I always thank you my audiences because they are very knowledgeable and very willing to share with us. Thank you very much.

hello @worldhello7133 問題係問一塊葉會受到哪些細胞的支持,令塊葉唔會凋謝(wilt)? 保衛細胞Guard cells的確會因入水而澎脹turgid,但它們佔少比例,不能為葉片提供支撐力。而葉肉細胞mesophyll cells佔了一塊葉的大部分,故此當它們澎脹時,也能為葉片提供支撐力。而葉片當中其實也有木質部xylem,一來運送水份和礦物質,二來就正如你所說,因其加厚的細胞壁,提供剛度硬度rigidity給葉片支撐力。
