The reason why that elevator makes a louder noise especially when it goes up (as the motor suffers to makes more force) means that it's a sign that the hydraulic system needs oil!!! Notice that it's more silent when the elevator goes down. I'm surprised that That recent new elevator is in that state/condition too soon!!

I actually came upon a terrible Schindler elevator at a parking garage. I did not film it though. It actually started malfunctioning and the door was closing and opening every time.

Why didn’t you just press the phone button on the elevator that was literally sitting right there you could’ve pressed it but you didn’t. you should have just pressed it.

Maybe don’t mess around in elevators you don’t belong in. It’s a service elevator so you shouldn’t have been on it anyways.

That is AWFUL!! I wouldn't blame this entirely on Schindler 330As though. I know they're notorious but this is just a maintenance issue. I myself have been on a good amount of very well maintained 330As. I have had a pretty funny experience with an awful one myself though. Again, that's due to very poor maintenance

I’m gonna guess that #2 and #3 were originally manually controlled Otis traction elevators, and #1 was probably added on by Otis few years later when they automated the manuals, and Adam’s eventually modded all three of them.

this is a large elevator due to it being at a nursing center. at every hospital, or medical center that provides hospital level care (outpatient surgery) or something like labor and delivery, they have to have a minimum of 1 elevator that is large enough to carry a gurney
