Great episode John. That is absolutely the debut Journey album, and I think it's fantastic. You actually have me curious about a Bon Jovi album for the first time in...ah, forever? Hi John...great haul ! I also picked up the Rik Emmett and Bon Jovi vinyl and cds. The Rik Emmett cd comes with 2 extra tracks that I wish they would have put on the vinyl too . I'm really liking the Bon Jovi. One of his better ones in a while. Tim's book is fantastic ! It was great to be part of it. That Kiss Alive cd box is great ! I play it quite often. Wow Badlands and Kix vinyl ! Fantastic ! I also picked up the Poison Native Tongue on vinyl. It sounds great ! Thank you John. Chez

Hi John… great stuff ! Even though I have most of Billy Idols solo catalog I don’t have any GenX. It doesn’t show up around here. I think the first album you showed was reissued recently but I can’t seem to track a copy down now. You definitely have me wanting to explore this catalog. Thank you. Chez

I love their first album, my choice for best album of 78. Ready Steady Go is one of my all time favorites. The only other record of theirs I have is the "4" EP (12", 45 RPM, blue cover, black label) which came out around the same time as Kiss Me Deadly. It has an extended version of Dancing With Myself, Untouchables, Rock On & King Rocker. Never saw them live but did see Billy when he first went solo. How about doing one about the Vibrators?

I had every one of them that were available in the states. Sometimes doubles, because I'd wear them out! My little portable record player was rock'n!

That’s a really cool set. The picture sleeves are really well done especially the Ace solo cover and the Japanese cover of Detroit Rock City I agree with you is stellar. Great stuff as always Sir!!

No bad songs in this one, a total masterpiece even if production is not the best. And the lyrics are amazing! Some of them could have been written yesterday and would still be relevant. Well that maybe comes to prove that humanity hasnt really changed as much as we tend to think

Very nice video, and always cool to see Deke. I love this album and honestly I'd probably rate it a hair higher than you guys did, though I do get your criticisms. I got very lucky and found a near mint Japanese pressing of it a few years ago, I'm honestly afraid to even touch it.

Very nice stack of stuff, as usual. Really cool bootlegs and that's one hell of a score to pick up Cyberpunk. That 90's vinyl is scarce stuff.

There's that Back Jack vinyl again. lol. Cool scores as always. Nine Lives is a great addition and for me the last good Aero album. Taste of India as you said is a great track. Keep these coming.

Nine Lives is the best and only good album post-Pump in my opinion.

Hotter Than Hell was one of the hardest Kiss cassettes to find when I was a tape collector. In fact it wasn't until a 1989-1990 reissue that I finally got it! NICE HAUL.

Cool video, not every day you see all the Billy Idol vinyl in one spot. I have the 40th anniversary of Rebel Yell but I'm pretty sure that's the only thing I have of his on record. Hopefully Devil's Playground gets a vinyl release so you can complete your set.

Excellent video mate.....love Billy Idol...was my first concert that I went to in London,UK and went under the name "Sir William".....(Cyberpunk era)....I've always wondered if they'd ever release his own version of "Don't you(forget about me)?? made famous by Simple Minds but he recorded it first 👍👍

Hi John...great stuff ! I have the debut , Rebel Yell ( 40 anniversary ) , Vital Idol , Kings and Queens Of The Underground and the two recent eps on vinyl. The eps are fantastic ! I'm also hoping Devils Playground gets a vinyl reissue. Great album. My copy of the debut is a recent reissue from a couple years ago and it has Congo Man as the last track not Dancing. The 40th of Rebel Yell is fantastic ! They did a great job on that . A new album would be great . He is making some great music lately as shown on the eps. I also picked Kings and Queens up when it was released. So glad I did as it is so difficult now to get. Thank you John. Chez

Hi John. Great stuff ! I’m a fan also. I have the first 4 on vinyl along with the Greatest Hits and Perdida. 4 is fantastic. I don’ have the boxsets but am looking to pick them up especially for the live shows. So cool you met Dean and your brother in law works with them ! . The Core I have is a yellow RSD and the next 3,are Music On Vinyl pressings. Purple is my fav. Dean has killer riffs ! Remember that band he and his brother put together after the break up ? Hi John … great stuff. I also like it when they used different art on the picture sleeves. I have a handful of RSD releases plus some I’ve found here and there . They are fun to play once in a while like back in the old days. I like to grab a stack of them and play them in succession. I’m still kicking myself for not picking up the Def Leppard Hysteria singles boxset when it was released. Same with the Kiss one. I missed out on that one too. The Van Halen one is still available. Hi John… great haul ! I also picked up the cd and vinyl of the Rebel Yell reissue. I like that the cd has more bonus tracks than the vinyl. The vinyl sounds great and I love the two studio tracks that were left off the original album . They sound great ! Great songs . I picked up the 2CD of the Pyromania reissue. I have the vinyl box that includes the Live at LA Forum which made me go for the 2CD. Also have a cd of it from the deluxe version from a few years ago. One of my favourite albums ever ! Masterplan is great ! Love that album you picked up. I like picking up those Millennium cds whenever I come across them. They were everywhere back in the day. They are fun to play.
