A Mysterious CIA Agent Must Complete A Mission Within 3 Days
3 Days to Kill is an action-thriller film directed by McG and starring Kevin Costner as Ethan Renner, a CIA undercover agent who faces a dilemma between a deadly job and the family he has neglected for years.
Ethan, a CIA hitman, is diagnosed with a terminal illness that leaves him with only a few months to live. He decides to retire from his job and return to Paris to mend fences with his estranged wife, Christine (Connie Nielsen), and teenage daughter, Zooey (Hailee Steinfeld). Unfortunately, their relationship is fraught with tension due to Ethan's years of absence.
However, Ethan's plans to focus on his family are disrupted when Vivi Delay (Amber Heard), a mysterious CIA agent, makes him an offer that is hard to refuse. Vivi offers Ethan an experimental drug that could prolong his life if he agrees to carry out one last mission: kill a dangerous terrorist named The Wolf.
Ethan must balance this deadly task with his efforts to rebuild a relationship with Zooey, who feels her father was never truly present in her life. In the midst of intense action, Ethan faces a variety of emotional and physical conflicts, as well as threats from an approaching enemy.
