I mainly use incantation first with Regulus so that everyone keeps the Riot and Roll status, which dispells after an action. I think this person used ultimate first so that they could build up more moxie right after using the ultimate. Just my thoughts tho

butting in here to also add that Regulus had 2 stacks of "Rousing Morale" AND her "Restless Heart" buff, so to guarantee the most damage, they used her ult prolly. Though, yes indeed if you are using Regulus as a sub-dps/support for her dodge, then it would be best for one to use her ult last to make sure the dodge stays

Brave New World is the best rn....for both dps and sub dps build

On its own okay but when compared to BNW, thunderous applause is significantly worse. A lot of regulus players (including me) also chose thunderous applause for her at first but after comparing it, the consensus is BNW is alot better. Thunderous Applause is a psychube specifically only for those who have Lilya otherwise I wouldnt recommend buying it at all

For me I dont like using regulus ult last because u’ll end up with 0 moxie at the end of her turn so she takes longer to build up her ult. In the vid u can see if I ordered it first she ends up with 3 moxie at the end so she’ll have her ult up in the next two turns. She can deal more damage since she makes more use of Brave New World this way by unleashing more frequent ults. Hope this makes sense!

Depends, if you're treating regulus as your sub dps than yeah you will use her ult last. But if you use her like a main dps then all you care is damage, so it doesn't matter.
