So essentially you kept the purple going to the module and spliced in the red and purple from the relay to the purple, the white and brown from the relay spliced to the black on the harnes and the then the small lead to the vts switch?

my vts works fine went through all the tests but when u trim all the way up it locks itself up making unable to go down, the motor isn’t binding in any way it just stops sending power when u want to trim down but sends power to send it up when it’s already up….my question is there’s no other way to fix this problem besides the additional module or replacing the hole thing?

I just want to pop open the stock cover without damaging anything and install some white LEDs I bought. . . But - a quick work around of your "nut problem" at 1:00 is to snip the tag with shears and twist SLIGHTLY to feed the wires thru the cut, then twist back. fill the crack with a tiny bit of white paint if you must.

Do you work on other people's skis have the same model very low hours just lacking some knowledge haven't riding 2 years don't mind paying you for your time acknowledge I'm in no real big hurry to get the skis on the water Expressway waiting for parts I just can't seem to find a good Tech or good shop or the Machine Shop here in Tennessee that deals with two strokes if interested making extra money and doing some modifications or upgrades I will gladly bring the skis to you for your recommendations thank you

That's what you call dropping the transmission on your old lady😢 guessing Elbert transmission locked up a center bearing & kaboom kaboom

that looks like a two speed power glide....the cases will crack if you don't have the correct trans mounts, been there but never saw one come apart like that

lack of connection between wires inside (from DC motor) to connector is normal. Inside case are 2 relays, few transistors and bunch of reed switches and resistors. It doesn't indicate that the VTS electronics is faulty. The reed switches are used as position sensor but two of them are also a limit switches. When You bypass them instaling 451M tension in case of holding button too long can damage the worm gear. Thats why i recomnd to repair original electronics.

Hate to throw the BS flag but I am. Maybe you got it to that weight but not by simply removing the radio and speakers (2 pounds 14 ounces total) and swapping to a LI-ion battery (probably another 6 pounds in wt savings). The only way to reduce serious weight is to ditch the rear trunk. I know of no other way beyond lightweight aftermarket wheels and IDK if that is even an option. Exhaust would also likely save some weight but it looks like you have the stock on there. Bottom line is if you want a light bike, choose a different ride. The Vision is a heavy bagger any way you look at it.

I got a 1998 Seadoo GS720. There's no gas flowing to the carb (the jetski has been sitting for couple years). I'm guessing the filter is really clogged from the fuel pick up tube. I did empty the gas tank and added new gas.

my shock doesnt hold air. i put 60lbs in it and was empty in 1 minuit.... anyway to rebuild the seals in it?
