Why is it supposedly exceptable to have your body parts surgically removed and receive plastic surgery and take numerous medications in order to appear as the opposite sex ? If we are created in His image then we should be thankful for the way He created us ! These Conservative Rabbis have the spiritual discernment of a freaking insect 🦋 🐝 !!!!!!!

    Good Lord all these yes and no and wrong or right is insane! I lived for 15yrs as a Male to female trans and detransitioned seven years ago. I was a Bisexual pornographer also and a drug addict. I saw how perverted homosexuality was among two men and since Covid began Ive been following a protestant "born again" lifestyle but still struggling to keep my homosexuality in control. I am much wanting to be with a female and marry but this life of following God (Christ) is so confusing at times because all this in scripture and the New Testament saying bluntly on Romans Chap 1 about both male with male and female with female, how do you or anyone (Vatican/Catholicism) even by pass these scriptures? How? I don't understand this. How can anyone in the male with male sex action be (I won't mention what goes on in a male wtih male scene) and then suddenly just get up and say "oh praise God?" Or not have any conviction or hear the Holy Spirit speak to one? Even when I get tempted to masturbate I slip, sure.. I end up watching something sexually online and get it over with but then I begin to feel terrible and can't make this go away. And no its not an addiction to this but my body wakes up to an erection and through the day theres thoughts about intimacy and being single and alone also does not help. I want to live a Godly life and see how much distorted the Vatican (again, I'm NOT Catholic) had made their religion wtih regards to homosexuality and now am seeing this about "conservative Jewish practices." I NEVER imagined a Jewish congregation would have a homosexual openly practice their homosexuality and then they go back home and do who knows what in bed? Do you see my point? Ive seen PLENTY of gay sex in my past as a trans and know its not anything affectionate or tame, its involves foreign objects and spitting on.. or sucking on.. dual insertions and the list goes on and on and on... so how DO YOU ACCEPT THIS? Anyone?

    If you think homosexual sexual relations will be in there here after you are unhealthy Spiritually. I guess being the way you are could be a sign or the nearing of the second coming or the resurrection maby natures way of communicating on over population with neglect and respect for God's world because live in an industrial age. Ordained by God is the holy union. I can conclude that transgender folks show forth the binary of reality. The quantum idea of being a homosexual is impossible. Maby one plays the feminine or masculine role. Fundamentally impossible. This is not ment to hurt you but it's being realistic.

      To put things bluntly as tame as possible and seriously wanting to know/learn.. my question is How can you go and practice sex and then say "Oh praise God?" I lived as a trans for 15yrs and was also a pornographer. I saw and know all that goes on in the gay world of men with poppers, fisting, swapping cm, and blah blah blah.. so again, how can you bipass what even the book of Romans chapter 1 say? How? Please explain! HOW? What goes on through your mind? I don't get it! I battle with gay symptoms but lving a portestan "born again" life and when I slip and do a "quickie" to relive myself I ALWAYS regret it and feel bad. So its ok to have a guy or girl on a sling and buy teh J Lube and slip on some latex glove and then shower and go praise God? Im being serious with my questions.

    • @truirnbru
      @truirnbru 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kevin Cobb Our understanding of reality and G,d changes, dare I say evolves, with time. We understand now that homosexuality is present in all mammals even lesser beings such as insects like crickets. We understand now that in humans, your brain that by your own understanding G,d gave you, informs your libido from when you’re in the womb, sex is fundamental to every species. It’s deeply engrained in our brains. We understand now as well that your exposure to what hormones in utero will determine the basis of your libido and that in puberty you will develop your secondary traits, also due to molotov cocktails of hormones and also accounts for the diversity of homosexuals and a glimpse into the psychology of (sincere) transgender people who have a ego dominated by their subconscious female/male. I believe it is 100% natural and not a “mockery of creation”. We wrote the Torah and all other scripture to understand our own purpose and our Creator, G,d did not write the Torah we did. You would persecute Jews for something beyond themselves, that is shameful. To say that “man shall not lie with man as with a woman” is the “basis of their whole religion” I mean I think that the essence of Judaism and Jewish identity revolves around a lot more essential topics than ‘we are the people who frown upon gay people’. It’s funny how other laws have been cast aside due to irrelevance but you people hmm this one has to be interpreted literally word for word and apply to lesbians as well. G,d is Life, Life is Creation, respect all humans for they are created in G,d’s image and the divine spark is in us all. Here is where we can agree: we can look at elements of the lgbt sub-culture and say this lifestyle is hedonistic and doesn’t reflect our values as Jews. Ok, then lets learn to foster a room for them so they can live within Judaism and not a cruel automatic exile and rejection. Say yes we believe that you can marry but that means respecting the sanctity of marriage, keep the sabbath, not do drugs and be supportive so they can be Jewish and gay or lesbian. No one has yet shown clinically that kids adopted by same sex couples are some how deranged because of it, other then experiencing homophobia targeted at their parents from other children being told by their parents that its not normal; which they repeat to these children. If there are orphans from broken homes and tragic circumstances who need the bond of parenthood then it is surely tikkun olam to adopt kids so they can have love in their lives after being reject (either voluntarily or involuntarily) by their biological parents. These adoptions will bring more Jews into the world this way isn’t that wonderful? Let Conservative Judaism become the voice of reason the middle ground between extremes, an Oasis in the heat of the desert, or go join your local Chabad there is one everywhere these days and leave the others in peace. !הכל בסדר שלמ

      @truirnbru 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kevin Cobb Well, I mean what is reform and conservative Judaism then? But I mean at the end of the day a gay man or woman can follow the Torah and live a Jewish life. They are infertile but so are some straight couples. As I said they can adopt and bring into our world their share of the next generation. Homosexuals who want to be married in shul and have a religious/spiritual life should be applauded and I think the Rabbinate made the right decision. I do believe in G.d and I had a very profound spiritual experience which brought me back to faith from hopeless antipathy. The Burning Bush is my favorite and the most meaningful passage for me. So, I am very spiritual I go to synagogue keep kosher and keep sabbath the Reform way. And I am very happy this way as a Reform Jew. I just think Homosexuals have been misunderstood go check out Jewish Renewal lots of people who escape Satmar et al. end up in the Jewish Renewal and I think they have really got it right. Man, you don’t destroy Judaism by having gay members and couples in your community as long as you are promoting a Jewish lifestyle, a spiritual lifestyle, trust me you are not destroying Judaism but strengthening it. It really doesn’t matter as long as I mentioned before we are talking about encouraging a spiritual lifestyle and not hedonism, again those people won’t be in a shul for shabbat they will be in a nightclub so the idea that allowing for gay couples and families will be nefarious for Jewry is ludicrous to me. Time = Change. Go be orthodox or Haredi if you think and feel that way. Haha…there are a fair few Jewish Masons lol it strengthens their faith and become more spiritual because of understanding G.d through the lens that makes sense to them and is very true to the Torah. You would be surprised there are many orthodox masons its teachings transcend denominations and religions. You see within Masorti/Renewal/Reform the two are not opposed and a homosexual person is a life that already exists, that is a human that deserves to live to their fullest and in dignity. Say a blessing after you poo if you want and that makes you a more spiritual and complete person. Does G.d really care if you do, in an infinite universe of constant destruction and creation? I think you should go check out Renewal man. Yeah, breeding like rabbits to perpetuate the religion, look at Hasidic communities in US they have the most kids amongst Jews but also the highest number of defectors that go towards other Jewish movements, that is if they don’t burn out completely from the abusive treatment that they are afforded…all the broken toys of their communities coming over to other denominations. Gay people should be considered as infertile as that is how they are able to live a happy, honest life true to themselves and not a miserable lie... that is if they could force themselves physically to impregnate a poor woman who will have in reality, an unloving husband. Or a lesbian who feels like she is being raped every time her husband tries to make a baby with her and feels numb inside…what awesome lives they are afforded in your patriarchal breeding machine! Again, again, you say the middle ground between extremes, I also said that Conservative Judaism should stake itself out as the middle ground between extremes and I think this video incapsulates well what being the middle ground looks like etc. etc.

    The Conservative Movement is finished for sure as their practices move closer and closer to the Reform Movement every year. There's just simply no difference between the Reform Movement and the Conservative Movement anymore. The preservation of masorti (traditional) Judaism is over for the USCJ. A person's level of observance is between them and HaShem until they shove it in the face of another. Then it's between them and their community. I might love to have bacon cheese burgers at home but the day I drag it into the shul for kiddish demanding others include or accept this transgression I would be in the wrong. If you're LBGT it's between you and HaSHem but when you make me have to openly embrace it by disregarding Torah it's just treating the Torah as a door mat and you have crossed a line. Your bedroom at home could be a flying circus and you could be married to a gold fish for all I care but don't bring it into my shul and demand I accept it not being a transgression. Farewell to the USCJ, you have bent to the point where you broke. Just the newest Reform Movement on the block.

I had wanted to convert for many years. Not because I think your the chosen people but because I had researched for years and fell in love with Judaism. I still love it. By the way, I love your talk here!!!
