I use my iPhone for everything and use a wider lens option on the phone. I think it helps show the boat quickly. I'm not a videographer. I'm a yacht broker who's sole focus is to peak someone's interest so they call and make an appointment to see the boat. In this case it's worked so far as the boat just went sale pending. The swim platform is fixed and not hydraulic. It does have a water sports deck that lowers down but that’s not for a dinghy. Regal did this as an option that some people love, others not so much. Thanks for watching

@@boatingthechesapeake6256 You know I watch a ton of your videos because in the next year I’m gonna buy a boat with cash which I could buy now but I need to find some time away from my businesses…I live in Las Vegas but even though that is a long way away I’m purchasing it from you for the reason you always put the sale price in your listing and that I promise you will make you a sale in the next year or close to that….My plan is to rent a slip at Marina Delray and spending most of the summers on the boat because the heat has just gotten to much here in Vegas…I just wanted to share with you that putting the price in your ad is going to equal a sale so please don’t forget that and ultimately would love to find a (3) cabins (2) heads with flybridge, aft cabin, washer and dryer and diesel engines, Cummins preferably but won’t be a deal breaker…I’m aware to find in my budget I might have to purchase a older boat but I’m alright with that because you will find me that diamond in the rough…So my budget will be anywhere from $1.00 to $200,00.00…I’m a man of my word and it should be a blast getting from your side of the country to my side, so woohoo lets go!!!!! P.S. I really hope you remember this when I have everything in order and I pull the trigger…Thank you and please keep providing us with these great listing and content I appreciate you and thanks again….

One issue is going to be transport from the east coast to the west coast is going to be extremely expensive for a boat that sits over 14 foot tall on a flatbed. Depending on the boat you could be looking at $30k. Smaller boats can be done for around $10k. Thanks again for watching

Thanks for watching. I realize that the engine room in the boat is tight but that goes for EVERY 32-38 ft v drive inboard express boat. It’s kinda baked into the cake. I haven’t seen one manufacturer that’s better than another and most are worse. You’re putting two big block V8s, transmissions, exhaust, generator, fuel tanks, etc in that small space. If you sacrifice the cabin you can make more room but then no one would buy it. Thanks again for watching

These boats are designed for families to spend the weekend on the water. Not to run offshore in 10’ seas. Point taken. You are correct, engines. However today they're (incorrectly) used interchangeably. I get a lot of comments about my verbiage. I guess some people would rather have annoying music with no description. My sole purpose is to get someone to call, text or email me to see and then subsequently purchase.....in the case of this boat it looks like a success because it will be marked sale pending soon! It is a sport fish. Besides I'm so tired of every boat called a yacht. Marine nomenclature describes a yacht as a pleasure vessel. Over 100' My training comes from. Us army school, at which we studied maritime law.

My feet would turn off more buyers than my shoes. What most folks don’t realize that making these videos requires me to move a significant amount of gear and personal effects, I can’t do that without shoes. I’m always mindful of how I treat someone else’s boat and make sure I leave it the same or better than when I found it. In 22 years, I can’t recall getting a complaint on how I left someone’s boat. The boat has new risers, manifolds, tune up and fluid changes. The engine room is tight but better than most inboard express boats.

Absolutely, plenty of room and the generator has ample reserve power.

Thanks for watching and your comments. I understand your point but there are several larger bridge boats with seating in front of the helm. Granted most are used as cocktail cruisers and social boats rather than hardcore offshore platforms. I think this boat fits more inline with the coastal cruiser where this seating arrangement works. One thing I love about my job is that I get to see all types of boats and have learned to appreciate them all. Few I would actually purchase myself but that’s a personal preference and not a knock on the brand or model. This Cutwater 30 is a great boat that someone will love and enjoy. Thanks for watching.
