What a disappointment MCMG vs. DIY match was. They had all chances in the world to make it an all-time classic but went with a weekly show-caliber bullshit instead.

That review represent much more what I thought of this show than other reviews I saw. I started to believe I was the only one who didn't not really enjoyed it.

Not a fan of either rumble winner. One felt too safe and the other felt like a surprise for the sake of it and ignoring actually interesting stories.
@@agc2757 Completely agree. Jey winning was laughable. The crowd is behind the guy, but just like Gunther said, good tag team wrestler
@@goldenpurolover9094 As you said I just don't buy him as a singles main eventer. I get they've done it because he makes them tons of money but it still feels like a weird decision decision given how stacked the field was and how good of a story you could tell with guys like Cena and Punk.
The main problem is the fact he lost clean to Gunther just a week ago and with the match he had with his brother last year, it's more than questionable.

My favorite match in this rivalry is Best of Super Jr. 2019 Final
I just wish they had fought in a G1 final to complete a Tournament Finals Trilogy with Shingo getting over and finally win an overdue G1.
