Yes, 1/4" MDF. It took couple layers of Shellac to seal it before painting (MDF is very obsorbent like that), but it turned out nice and smooth.

As of the time when I built it, the total cost was under $2,000 for all materials. That was mid-2019, and lumber prices have gone up since, but doing it yourself still yields tremendous savings compared to quotes I've received for comparison at that time. RWD really is the most fun. Lively yet controllable. I just watched your AE86 video, great shot at 1:02 mark, looks like a blast! :)

@@BogdanBerg I had an All-Trac Celica after that and while it was crazy fast, it was nowhere near as fun as the RWD. I notice a lot of rollovers with the FWD vehicles at speed. :^) Your rally school looked like a lot of fun.

Being "domesticated" means nothing! Did you ever hear of pet birds FLYING AWAY and being found miles away??? Gee, I wonder why if they love their cages so much! Horses are domesticated and still want to RUN freely not be locked in a stall! Maybe some day you'll figure it out.

Hey Rodrigo, I just checked but I don't see an option to export a profile... I think you should be able to restore the Disco mode profile by simply reinstalling the SteelSeries GG client app though 🙂

This aviary is attached directly to our living room, and all our birdies have cages inside. When the weather is nice, we slide the door to aviary open and everyone enjoys ;)

I used it so far for less than an hour, and everything's been fine, but I don't think it's been in use for long enough just yet to built a strong opinion 🙂 I definitely appreciate that it runs on propane! (longer shelf-life, convenience, etc.). I also shared more thoughts in the article I linked in video description.

@@BogdanBerg If it helps any, I have about 100 hours on mine now. All on propane. It's been flawless. Keep your oil clean and you should do well. Have a nice evening! :^)
