Yes, they offer quite a list of different tours at the hotel. Those food platters aren’t real and used purposely for photo ops :)

What can be substitute for eggs ?
There are plenty of alternatives for Eggs! You check this out for reference: www.pccmarkets.com/taste/2013-03/egg_substitutes/ I personally use mashed RIPE bananas (1 egg= 1/4 cup banana) OR Bob’s redmill egg replacer. Whichever is available 🙂

What is the time duration to make cake in pan or pressure cooker??
Cake in a pan: 25 to 30 minutes at 350F in an oven. Pressure cooker: Haven't tried this but would love to know how it will turn out :D
I bake cake kn pan not in pressure cooker.but tell you tha pan baking timings..pre heat pan for 10mints on low to medium flame then put a stand inside pan and put cake mold on stand and cover it and bake your cake for about 30-35 mints on low to medium flame. flame should touch the pan but not too high flame as your cake bake quickly and not rise property. you can check your cake after after 20 mints whether how much time will it take to bake. I hope it will clear to you now
