The team was effectively shut down for 2 seasons due to covid. Only one student has any prior FRC experience. The team has made a strong start at rebuilding the program.

It all began with a whirlwind tour of Arizona in 1996. We wanted to visit a ghost town, but didn't relish the idea of traveling ten miles on barely passable roads with a rental car. Very impressive
Any update? This was posted 6 years ago .... has anything been done to the site?
Gregory, The mine was sold and is currently an active gold mine. The organization that was formed to save the mine has disbanded. A far as i know there has been no effort to save the buildings.
@JPCMediaLLC I thought that could be the more likely case. Real (living) people. One of these days I will try to get out to the mine to see its history, etc.
@WDArizona Sorry to disappoint you but both instances are just the movement of real live ordinary people.
Any one notice what looks like a shadow that flows across the lower left hand corner of the "electric" meter at 2 minutes 52 seconds in to the video? Any one notice what looks like a woman's black skirt(?), moving in side of the building at 3 minutes 15 seconds in to the video. Look at the window in the lower right hand corner and its window panes. Especially the broken window pane. The figure moves from right to left. Could have been some one walking in the building. But, . . . ?
