Hey!
I am a mountain biker from Belfast, Ireland, aiming to get as much riding done on weekends and whenever possible.
I started riding MTB nearly 4 years ago after a few friends bought MTBs. Having spent nearly 20 years skateboarding in wet Ireland, I couldn't face another wet winter, and my body was craving suspension and softer ground. Always loving bikes, I decided to join them and immediately fell in love with it, embracing the challenges of MTB. Coming from this background, I gravitate towards jumps and drops, but recently, I've been enjoying technical riding and everything in between. I might even do a race this year!
For me and the friends I ride with, having fun together is the main goal, and hopefully, it shows in the videos.
Most footage is shot on a GoPro Hero 11 or iPhone 13.
I ride a Commencal Clash single speed and a Scott E-Ransom.

HUSH MTB, WICKLOW IRELAND. STEEP, FAST AND FUN TRAILS
Epic Wicklow Mountain Biking - Riding Hush Trails! 🌄🚵♂️
We headed down to Wicklow to ride the legendary Hush trails with an awesome crew. Everyone was on time, and we had a blast catching big trains down these incredible trails. The conditions were perfect-Wicklow had been dry, and we arrived to sunny skies and those rare, dusty trails in Ireland. Absolutely unreal!

All the trails were amazing, but my favorite was definitely Vee Trail. It had some sweet steep sections that broke up the incredible flow we experienced earlier.

Chilled wee ride mate. If you want to improve your equipment you should check out the Bikelab in Castlewellan, that shop is sick and lads are very knowledgeable and helpful. 👍🍀

It’s so good man! Defined worth a trip down. Especially on eebs. And thankfully I was able to ride my bike and take a video without having my mental stability questioned. Everyone happy. Lol

I often watch 20min plus videos, especially if I hadn't riden the trails before, or to get an idea of what I'm in for when I do go to new trails to me so I reduce the risk of danger to myself lol

Please think twice about these videos, my phone has been going non stop from the other builders and locals up there concerned about this and another recent video. We have already been told place will be leveled and are living on borrowed time due to other people stirring up forestry with meetings. They know what's built in there, they don't want to see it all over internet as that's when they lose their deniable liability and come in and flatten. It happened few years ago after a similar video got traction. Please do come and enjoy them but seriously the less publicity the better. To coin another group Just ride your bike...
Hello 👋 Thanks for your comment i appreciate your concern and i know that it comes from a place that wants to respect the trails and to ensure there longevity. In my video i have strived to do the same by not mentioning the location or giving any incling as to where these trails would be found. As you can see in the comments of the video i have not responded to questions of people asking where they are. I sincerely hope that forestry wouldn't find my video and if led to the trails being flattened it would be a real shame but i can see who access my vidoes and can assure you that there have been no government bodies have been viewing the content and if there was i would swiftly remove the video and try to find the trail builders and alert them. This is a long comment i know but i wanted to use this as a platform to demonstrate my respect for trails and to conceal the location. Cheers man!
@@christianhunter1366 you don't have to name it to do damage, if gets officially shown to FS they will know exactly where it is and have to take action. These are illegal trails and shouldn't be advertised like this. You even name a couple of trails in the video just to confirm them. They are only tiny features in comparison to likes of GAP where it'll be totally acceptable to do vlogs off. The last time it was flattened was only a few years ago. It would be a great loss for those of us up there each week.

I heard of these new ones but we didnt have a local guide to show us. Will keep that in mind for next time. Trail builders doing a fantastic job really looking forward to getting up again!

Great video Christian 👍🏻 Absolutely cracking spot up there with so many well built trails in a smallish area And yous are absolutely flying. Massive credit to the guys who do the building.... Unfortunately for me, i had a big off about 6/7 weeks ago up there resulting in a broken nose and that's the second bad fall I've had in the last year (i broke 2 ribs at Woodburn around last August). Its completely put me off the MTB which i do love but risk vs reward isn't doing it for me unfortunately 😂 I'll stick to the road bike for now and see if i maybe get some confidence back to get on the MTB again. Keep up the great content i really enjoy your videos 👍🏻

If you have ever ridden coolaney and been a local getting used to the trees cut down is weird it's like you know the track but you don't because the trees are all gone

Thanks for the comment and kind feedback,appreciate it. Got on to flying tiger 🐅 ✈️ via vista valley I believe. (The trail beside R and D) take that down and flying tiger is on the right at end of this trail, you will notice difference in color of ground 🤙
