What!? I bought this as a pencil sharpener. No wonder it wasn't working...no blade! Haha.

I did it on my dark brown pencil perfectly but on the black pencil it keeps breaking

I got my ombre powder brows done (according to the lady that did them) they just look like they were tattooed on roughly one brow is darker than the other . I had them down about 2 years ago would this procedure work on me ?
