It looks good however my only negative that I see is oil in the ignition coil chamber. Which obviously would be caused by the gasket, gasket longevity would be helped by the oil condition.

Were these mostly highway miles or stop and go miles? It all depends on the driving profile, which you don't mention at all, I just see the camshafts. Without talking about the driving profile, this video isn't evidence for anything. Please tell.

No way that's impossible, 2azfe can't do more than 150,000 without blowing head gasket. Don't believe you, ive had 2 cars with that engine.

I would go with oil change every 5k miles, because oil is cheaper than parts and labor. But that's just me. I'm old school.

The main contributor to this engine condition is the long drive cycles. Short trips and stop and go traffic are significant contributors to oil contaminants.

It depends on the vehicle. Newer modern vehicles or turbo charged vehicles i would do every 5000 miles but the older toyota and Honda vehicles 10000 miles is fine and won't hurt it as long as you use good oil preferably full synthetic.

Every 3000 miles is the PRO standard. It's not the OIL that is the problem. It's the DIRT/COMBUSTION particles in the oil. And yes, AMSOIL has no competition.
