This project is a failure for this current generation. The narration says Eko Atlantic a vibrant city😂 but in reality this is still a ghost desert with three buildings from different entities. The land is just 2% occupied with buildings. There is still no city to be proud of. This is a failure for this present generation because we can no longer witness this city when it becomes a vibrant city 100 years from now. 😂

I dont invest in the country where my 1M dollar is bigger in a more developed,safer and progressive country in Asia and America. In our country you can have a three bedroom condo in the world class cbd for 600,000 u.s dollar.

Only three different buildings from three entities are erected. Only two are complete. Started in 2003 and its more than 2 decades ago. If we wait for another 100 years to get this project done then, this is a total failure for this current generation and those who have invested in this city would have been gone to their graves. Surely, reclamation in Manila Bay like Solar city, Horizon Manila, SM reclamation project etc. will overtake this project when those were started only in 2023. One reclamation project which is called ASEANA city started it's initial operation after 10 years from being reclaimed. Now it's been 20 years and it's now becoming one of commercial hubs in the Metro Manila with the 5th largest mall in the world and the biggest Ikea in the world was erected there.

I think it's sad that you can spend so much money for the rich and leave all these poor people out here who have worked for those rich people and yourself I think it's pathetic that you don't see after your own people as well as yourself
