My mistake on this... the model shows it to be 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms/ 2 car garage OR you can have as I mention in the beginning - 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms / 3 cg. Keep in mind if you want a 4th bedroom, you will get a full bathroom in that room. I forgot 🫣 to show it in my video - so sorry. To get the full bathroom you will then only have a 2 car garage bc the space on the 3rd car tandum is used for the bathroom. If you have any other questions please let me know. For me not bad at all. They are not flying overhead 24/7, plus they change their flight pattern often so they aren't always on the same pattern. Yes the prices I mention are usually the base price. If I mention a QMI (quick move in) with a price that will be the price of the home to buy after the builder has added all their upgrades to it. Yes you are correct, the model shows it as 2 bedrms down and 3 beds up. However if you don't want or need the the extra 5th bedroom, then the extra guest bedroom downstairs would then be converted back into a 3 car garage. To add the extra bedroom as the model, you will then lose the 3rd car tandem garage. I should have explained it better in the video - I am sorry about the confusion. It is a beauitful home eitherway. The lots range from 6600 and up. What size lot are you wanting for your home? Keep in mind, if you pick a two story home, you have more yard space because the home goes up. Parklane is a beautiful home. There is also a Parklane II that is similiar - both are very popular. The builder will finish the block fence once they sell the model homes. The closest Costco as of now would most likely be the new one in Buckeye that is near Verrado. It is located on the southwest side of I-10 & Verrado Blvd. As far as other stores like walgreens, target, walmart.... there is a Safeway grocery store, walgreens and many other stores in the area. The major city is Phoenix but Goodyear and all the surrounding cities are suburbs of it. To get to downtown Phoenix would be about 30-45ish minutes depending on traffic and time of day. Each suburb has conveniences around it. Are you looking for anything in particular? Yes the models are usually upgraded about $50k+ BUT keep in mind, I can negotiate for you a great price on a 'quick move-in'. Quick move-ins do not all have the same upgrades, so sometimes we can get you a great deal on one. Let us know your timeframe and we will get it done for you. Yea.... some builders like to put the guest bedrooms all up front. I agree, the Primary Room near the family room will be a tad noisey.
