my issue the ping, most of the server i join got like 200+ to 300+ ping even though my internet is perfectly fine, can u help me with that?
try connecting to servers that are close to your region, connecting to servers that are far from where you live tend to lag alot. If this doesn't work then it might be on your end
This actually both improved my fps and made the game look better. Thank you! Also, SCP spawn preferences can't do much to your game. That's your personal choice of how much you'd like to play each SCP. It doesn't improve your odds of becoming one, but it looks at the whole team's preferences to attempt to give every player an SCP they like.

I have an i5 12600k rtx 3070 and 32 gigs of ram but i get 20 fps on lowest
Maybe its just SL the game is more shit after 13.1.1
The scp prefrence makes it more or less common to get that scp
