The answer to the second question is that there is no need to change any other parameter on the cpu board, but the power bd and the connection socket should be compatible with each other.

The igbt module and capacitors will not be suitable for 400v because only one of these elements will not work properly.

Hello Brother. The first source of this problem is the igbt module. If it is broken, you should check the diode and resistors in the trigger legs, if there are tiny cards in the trigger legs as in the video, the transistor on them is defective. If you are sure of the integrity of the motherboard, the CPU board should be tested, you should do these tests with a solid and one-to-one motor because if the motor windings are short-circuited, you will not get the repair result correctly
