250k is doable in canada, but requires good number of years of experience. Also it depends from company to company. FAANG type company can definitely pay closer to this.

If your next flight is from a different airport, then Yes you need to change the airport. It will be written on your ticket. Make sure the airport codes are same, else you’ll have to change the airport.
