and to the dumb sh$#@ who said then it would be on her scales and not under her scales... when you are working with somethign do u just get things on ur nails or under them too.. if you know anything about snakes... i mean anythign like the fact they dont have legs then you could easily understand if there is blood on the floor and she moves over it her scales will pick some up... think about it... then let me know...

ok.... (taking a deep breath)..... FOR THE LAST TIME.... My snake is very healthy.. Her enclosure is spotless and she is actually a VERY clean snake... the duck was alive and quacking when she took it so that is theh DUCKS BLOOD splattered on her... she had a bath later and was as good as new and the put back in her enclosure...

Your snake has severe scale rot man. In reply to one of your earlier comments, you claimed it was blood splatter from the duck. I'm sorry to say thats not blood splatter and that scale rot has seriously progressed.. I don't want to come off as a know-it-all, but I really suggest seeing a vet .. because I highly doubt that is "blood splatter".

i dunno if it's the same with all animals but i know that with mice and rats their blood vessels quite often rupture while they are being frozen. would that be more painful than suffocating from constriction (which usually happens in less than a minute)?

omfg what a beautiful animal u got there... i like the music you put in the clip. i got a python myself and its not as big as yours ( it will never be )but its a nice clip to watch. never seen a snake eat a duck before. nice one.

wow are you serious. well that was the last time we fed her duck we prefer rabits but could not get a hold of one and rats thats costsa bout 100 dollars everytime she eats and they only keep her full about 10 days.. sorry about your burm..

her scals are actually fine all that you are seein is the blood from the duck splattered all over .. if you are talkin about the yellow yes thats her color.. she is albino. the vet says she is perfect health.

ya def. not the color of the snake. belly rot or burns. if you have a heat rock or any other source of heat for him to lay on, it's a bad idea
