You can farm it in a place called a domain. Diffefent domain for different artifact, materials etc.

you can talk during the showcases to at least make it engaging, you know, explain some things. If you don't want to talk then fast forward these showcases as it gets quit boring. If you want to compare np levels, then do it side by side.

I honestly think it is lore related. Since she is a beast from a servant verse, so Nega-Space EX might only have an effect there...i think
