Unfortunately I don't recommend this meditation as it interrupted for ads, simply not allowing completion of the shielding.

Hello again, and thanks for attempting to clear the meditation from ads. It's not solved as now at the beginning is an ad with a tiny malnourished baby, at 7:57 a all too well nourished man talks about the things you regret that you have not done. 😂 So, just wanted to let you know that whatever you changed, it still doesn't allow an uninterrupted experience for people who don't have the paid version of TH-cam. This second ad starts just after the star rises in "true sacred marriage".

I’m been doing this meditation since 09/13/22 🥰 I love it, The only thing is that when I need to say the affirmation my voice comes out in a whisper tone like I don’t want no one to hear me saying it, I can’t say it with my normal tone of voice.

That’s exactly how I’ve felt this week. Life happening to me. (Parenting) Sad bad judging resentful. And then I hate myself for it 😢 I’m horrible at micromanaging. I feel like I’m being bossy mean and petty, and I run out of energy. But when I surrender too much I’ve lost all parenting motivation and control. The balance is hard and inconsistent for me.
