Can-Am Maverick X3 XDS video #1
มุมมอง 3973 ปีที่แล้ว
Welcome to UTV Off-Road channel!! Review of my Can am Maverick X3 XDS how I came to get it and a little bit about it. My first video!!!
Thinking about throwing a 27 in on my ATV . Looks like it would be a great trail tire. Watched a bunch of videos on these tires and this video sealed the deal for me. I’m ordering them now.
How much psi were you rolling on?
Picked up a set of 32 x 10 x 14 will test them tomorrow
Liked your video! Im trying to make a decision for my 2020 Polaris Ranger XP1000 on either to go with Motoravage 30x10x15 or MotoClaw 29x10x16. I use my ranger xp for work around the yard, riding around the neighborhood and trails with the occasional mud spots. But definately not looking for mudding tire. So, id say 50/50 pavement and trail usage in south Louisiana. What would be your vote on which one to choose? Thanks for your input!
How difficult was it to change out the switches?
What size ?
Where did you get that bracket from?
Great video! Who makes those door handles?
What the trick to getting the ball and socket together, rubber mallet bent the dam small pin inside the socket
Does a video on a light bar and doesn't bother to show light output. Waste of time
Thanks for the vid!!!!
Link on the mounts?
Just installed mine. Can't wait to hear it. Hope you're still enjoying yours.
I like these tires and wheels! I live in CO and will mainly be driving on mountain trails and roads. I am concerned about ground clearance and trashing the bottom of the car. I am thinking I may have to go with a 15" wheel and 32" tires. However, I am somewhat concerned how much performance is lost with larger diameter tires and the added weight. PS - Too much traction? LOL!
A common guy for us common folks. I appreciate your honest approach and opinions. I am looking to get a Maverick X3 Max X Turbo RR. I went to purchase a 2021 that was going to be arriving at the dealership in Sept. but it turned out I was a few hours late and someone beat me to it. I now have to wait for a 2022. Not sure what to expect.
What does the blow off do performance wise
Nothing really. It just helps the engine to equalize the pressure from the turbo and gets rid of the excess boost. And it sounds cool.
Hey boss ✌️
Don't drill thru the door plastic, put something between just in case.
Are they DOT approved? Thanks
Most are but a few sizes are not.
Any updates on the motoclaws? Pros/cons.
I ended up dropping them down to 28 in all the way around. The 30 inch did not fit. The 28 fit real solid I trimmed 2in from the plastic and I have had no problems at all. As far as the tires go they are absolutely amazing. I am not exaggerating. They are the best handling ATV off-road tires that I've ever had. They are so solid and they have very little role when you are hitting the corners very hard. They grip very good in wet grass and even though they are not the gnarliest looking tired they are amazing in the mud. They do not get clogged up they do not carry mud with them and I would definitely recommend these for anybody who is serious about riding and serious about safety. These are unbelievable. As far as the durability I've had no problems I ride them on hard pack gravel sand a lot of creek beds and a lot of broken tree branches and a lot of Fallen trees. I have had no problems at all and the durability seems to be really good as well.
Are you saying you had a problem fitting 30 inch tires on your maverick X.3? There are so many people running 32 inch tires that claim there are no rubbing issues? Are you using the factory wheels? I just purchased 30 inch tires and 15” wheels. Hoping I don’t have an issue
@@rpuco no. 2021 Canam xmr 650. 👆 👈 I have 28 inch all around. The 30's didn't fit at all. But these 28s are nice on the 650 xmr.
Ohhh. Gotcha
I just purchased this as well, did you find you could take their switch off and use it on a regular rocker switch to put in your dash?
I just ordered the EFX MotoRavage 30'with M12 rims for my 2021 Canam xmr 650. 👆 Great review
Does it come with a rim already
@@gabelanning3600 no. I'm sorry for the late reply. But no wheels separate.

Video at night would be great. Also thank you for taking the time to make the video.
What does the blow off value and charge tube do for your performance?
My Snapon 3/8 13mm socket fit just fine, thanks for the video, since it came with no directions. I had it figured out, but nice to confirm before drilling.
Hey Boss where did u get them grab handles from???
Could you please do a night video using the light? curios to see the light output. I’m looking to buy this for my rig, thanks!
