This doesn't change anything, 'until mythic' does the same thing but it skips over legendaries
It does, RNG is not pure "RNG", theoretically you get more mythics by using "Until Legendary". The RNG seed may be affected so that's why
Many people use the legendary and they get tons of mythics that way with cheaper jelly
