Christian Hypocrisy
มุมมอง 1325 ปีที่แล้ว
Christians committing hypocrisy is nothing new. I recount how witnessing hypocrisy in my own life affected my view on Christianity before I was saved.

What does the Bible say about denominations? Which one do I belong to? Why was this channel inactive for 7 months? So many good questions, such little time. I try and cover the most important ones in the first response to Ben's questions for me. Check out the videos where Ben responded to my questions here: (part 1) th-cam.com/video/XKFeKB-7g3k/w-d-xo.html (part 2) th-cam.com/video/DJ2ivB5BUTs/...

If someone showed up with a stack of Hillsdale College Certificates I would be interested in talking with them further.
Kudos. Very nice summary.
Just fun extra curriculum
Thank you for informing brother.
Thanks for this. I’m in community college but saw a hillsdale advertisement for this I might try it out. They’re located in my home state too
Apparently Hillsdale is regionally accredited as well
Why do they ALL look like this 😂
Good Information 👍
That's precisely why you never put a man or pastor on a pedestal. Men will fail you, Christ never will.
You did a great job my guy. Very informative.
Thanks. I have seen a lot of ads about civics courses from Hillsdale and wondered if they are biased by the agenda of a politician or political organization. I am concerned about revisionist history and distortions of the intentions of founding fathers as apply to current world.
unfortunately I could not comprehend "suffering and death" because the speed was much too fast...I will try again but this is very upsetting as I am enjoying the Lewis course and hoped to pass.it. but obviously if I can't understand the lecture I won't be abld too
It's education and information and is a certificate so it says you did something
Thank you for this. I’m wanting to get into Western Philosophy but my degree is hyper focused on Theology. I think taking this course will benefit me.
Great explanation!
I am right now taking CS Lewis about Christianity
This was great! Thank you
If you don't change your diet no matter what you believe or want...your change isn't realized. The faith that saves is the faith that's obeys...by faith.
Thank you for this video 😊

The book of literal incest and fraticide. Yay.
The Ancient Christianity course is super fun!
Agreed !!
How long is bachelor degree
Typically, 4 years.
Praise t'he LORD AM. blessed with
Thank you for sharing the experience you had
If you are going to school to get a job as most people are this will not be for you but if you care about a well rounded education then this is better than your typical woke college pushing Marxist nonsense. However, there are a few downsides. They push Harry Jaffas proposition nation. They perpetuate the Lincolnian myth and nationalism. They also de-emphasize British tradition on the American political system. If you can just be aware of this I recommend it.
How do I sign into the course Theology/early Christianity? Help!
Things that make you say, hmmmm….is there a movie about human trafficking out right now? Did Twitter just decide to change the bird to an X?
Thanks for the info, saw an ad for Ancient Christianity that I want to check out.
Thanks for this video !
I just finished the class on Genesis. My reason for these courses is to hear different insights about the subject matters that I am interested in. This class did just that, I found that the teacher was well knowledgeable about the subject. He made me think about the Bible in a more literary perspective than I every did.
They really changed up the program. Same material but now the quizzes are multiple choice and you don't get a physical certificate. Kinda disappointed
Thanks for the information. Can this be done at your own pace or is there a schedule?
Yes! Thanks for watching
Love It!! And it’s FREE! I’ve done my college lifestyle and my successful career lifestyle. Now I’m a Grandma enjoying retirement. These classes give me a chance to set goals, keep sharpe and refresh my brain. Never to old to learn & study.
That’s awesome
Not particularly religious, but I have been looking to increase my understanding of government , western philosophy and lit. Don't know how I came across the knowledge of Hillsdale, but after doing a quick search it became immediately evident I wasn't going to find a lot of non biased reviews or articles about them, so thank you for an objective review. I don't don't I have anything to lose by taking their Euclid's Elements course on Mathematics.
I appreciate your feedback! I aim to keep reviews as objective as possible. Best wishes on your educational endeavors!
Thank you for making this video.
Great job very informative. Thank you for reviewing
Christ is hypocrisy made flesh...
How so?
@@criticalchristianity261 Washing feet in the gospel while in the (real) world centuries of feet being crushed and burned off. 'He who offends these little ones...' and mass child-rape by again 'His body' of Protestants as well as Catholics. 'Charity is not puffed up' says the KJV Corinthians yet being puffed up with charity (sometimes centuries past) is the best Christians can do and every church building a whited sepulchre and the people in them dead bones.
Didn't get my certificate. Showed up with null null on it.
Great review, thanks!
Thank you for sharing thing points of view. William Tips 11-4-2022
It's funny how the older you get you tend to put a higher value on the education obtained versus the pedigree of a certificate or academic award. The knowledge you obtain thru learning is the award and carries a great deal of value. I would encourage everyone interested in the subject materials to take the courses. If you are the parents of High School Students your kids could greatly benefit from taking a course with you and get a slight taste of what the higher learning structure and teaching method is like. Completion of courses could be valuable in the admissions process if your student is interested in applying to attend Hillsdale. Completion of the courses could serve as a small bonus to their application to the college. My son has expressed a lot of interest in attending Hillsdale College after high school and I plan to take several of these free courses with him while he is still in high school to help support him in his interest.
Love their app
I enrolled thank you for this review
Glad to hear it! I hope it is a great experience.
i always puke before a real exam
yes i am in two now some things bother me about hillsdale however it is intellectually helpful how do i get certiificates? can i retake final exam like quizzes?
No 3 minute intro telling me to like/sub/ring the bell? No obscenely loud intro music? No yelling at the screen? Straight to the point and informative??? Masterfully done sir, good on'ya!
I always skip those types of intros. Time is valuable and there’s no need to reiterate what any TH-cam user already knows. Thank you for the kind words!
My thoughts exactly. Well done.
I took Into to Western Philosophy and I agree with just about everything you said. There are good and bad points. First the good points- * It is free. *The professor is awesome and he knows his topics very well. *I got to learn a lot about Western Philosophy. *If you already have a degree, this course can be a good way to expand your existing academic knowledge. I am a trained lawyer with a BA and JD myself, through this course I got to expand my knowledge by looking at the foundation text of Western intellectual history. I can now use the introductory knowledge I got to move into something related to jurisprudence or the philosophy of law (eg I can expand on the knowledge I gained by taking an MA in jurisprudence at a local university in my city). Now the not so good- * It is way too easy to pass and far below freshman level. The course sets the bar far too low in terms of expectations. This is unlike an actual college course where you are required to write a research essay, develop an argument and get your hands dirty by sitting in the library and looking at scholarly books journal articles. Undertaking a liberal arts course without actually writing essays or developing your own critical arguments is like studying chemistry without ever setting foot in a science lab.
Thanks for the summary! It really gave a great summary and it helped me understand how to use this and now i'm going to take the WW2 course and use it with another high school world history homeschool curriculum and count those two together as a credit!
That's very Kool💜
Thank you, so helpful
Glad it was helpful! :)
