A local here chiming in to say absolutely nothing in mission trails can be considered best of San Diego Hiking and I mean nothing

Mission trails isn’t a trail, it’s a park. There are 5 peaks here and these are all urban hikes - nothing worth writing about.

What is the best beach to go in San Diego , if you don’t like strong waves ?
Coronado would be a good option. Mission Bay is a place with no waves.

you neglected to mention the toughest hike in San Diego at El Cajon mountain. Mission trails (which includes Cowells Mt) is awesome but its a walk in the park compared to El Cajon. The others actually are walks in the park.
Everything was good up until you called yourself the BEST real estate agent or whatever. I understand that's a good mentality to have for sales, but to end with that was a turn off. Maybe you could say that you are the best realtor to help someone move into one of the best neighborhoods. Otherwise you just sound like an egotist that people may not want to deal with.
