A comment and a compliment.I just turned 71 in early November.Just prior to this,I had just spent 24 days in intensive care after 5 surgical procedures in two sessions 4 days apart were performed.After a year of discovery and disappointment it took all I could muster to keep motivated and using the stick I'd held in to for years I continued to do therapy on my shoulders both having been replaced from bicycle accidents involving a car and a truck..guided injections in my neck to boot...all of this behind me I sought guidance from my discipline and my martial arts background early in my life and somehow you came up on the path of rediscovery on how I could move forward while still house bound ( in general ) and begin a program for my pace here at home.I want to thank you for the opportunity to begin with becoming the new version of myself.I feel connected in this as I also live in Central America now for several years where English is not the common language and still feel socially connected.Kudos to you for providing the knowledge and I look forward to training regularly and learning the first 6 basic forms I saw in another video this week.😊
