@@headbangerscloset8552 So hi there avain, I think ihave 3 favorite items from Maiden.I have Balls To Picasso cd signed by Btuce himself and handed to my by him summer Timo 1994.He was promoting this cd, and he was sitting in our break cafe room, and i sat down with him and my working buddies and he signed the record individually to all of us, Who loved Maiden or his solo dtuff for free. And I have Losfer Words Big Orra first test pressing ever from EMI S vaults from SWITZERLAMD. 3 rd is Best Of The Beast rare box book version including promo cd interview from Harris and Blaze Bailey all promo videos until Virus VHS tape and signed 12 inch Virus poster pack vinyl. Bailey has signed it. You are also missing This Virus 12 inch, FROM Here To Eternity 12 or 7 inch, Emperor Of Clouds 12 inch pic disd, Wicker Man 12 inch pic disc and Out Of The silent Planet 12 inch pic disc. And one of the last items from your great collection.Picture disc with Eddie and his hair up is the first album not single. All the Best and have a great Time in your life and keep up the good work. @@BillyChuck71 Hey Bill. Yea man collect co was a great place to get hard to find stuff for the collection but you said it. It got insane. I figure For me it was around last spring time and that I started to notice people just kind of got dumb with bidding. But through the winter I consistently got a lot of records from them. I still watch on Thursday nights but other than a few reissues I haven't bought anything.

@@BillyChuck71 Yes they are and sometimes I feel if you time it right with some of the reissues that he puts on pre-orders and you can get something else that week too. You actually get a pretty good deal because it's only $7 to ship. I jumped on his pre-order for the Testament practice. What you preach reissue which comes out next month so I'm hoping I'll be able to grab a few other things from him to make it worth the shipping

@BillyChuck71 I pre-ordered the last couple from nuclear blast records but the reason I didn't do it this time is cuz I wanted to save the money until the end of February. I hate to admit this, but I sometimes need to hide my record purchases from the wife. Lol

@ album sounds better than last 4 Slayer albums to me. Solos way better. I’m 49 I went to King Diamond & Overkill first show in years. It was good but concerts now compared to 30 20 or even 10 years ago kind of suck. Everything so expensive, controlled & kind of boring. I’m not interested in live music anymore just cause it’s so much lamer than the old days. Now I just smoke up & listen to the vinyls now. My first concert was Morbid Angel Unleashed & Entombed in 91 my last was King & Overkill so that’s a good way to start & end to me.

@Unleashedraider1985 You and I are the same age my friend and I completely agree with you As for the Carrie King album, I kind of think musically. It sounds almost like a carbon copy of repentless but with just better vocals

Now would I have been bummed if it sounded a little bit more death metal not at all, but given what we've gotten from him recently. This is basically a continuation with better vocals

Okay, well, I feel the exact opposite. Slayer was done when Jeff passed away. Things run their course and come to an end. Time to try something new, rather than trying to milk every possible penny out of Slayer's legacy.

@fclefjefff4041 I don't think Kerry is all that capable of doing something new though. I always Felt Jeff was the better player in the band. And after he died in kinda felt like Gary coming in was still a better player than Kerry. I do agree with you on skater being done when Jeff died. After that it was slayer in name only. Now with those "reunion" shows. It is a cash grab.

@@headbangerscloset8552 I streamed the Suicidal Angel last night when the kiddos were in bed, and although I like the guitar work and a lot of the vocals...I just have a hard time with "blast-beat" style of drumming. It's good in fills and what not for me, just when it's nonstop I tune out. Lol! I'll be checking out that Ecclesia & Dissaray again today and I think out of those, they're my fave. 🤘🤘

@@SuperStrik9 I've heard that a lot. Some guys I knew that were huge Metallica fans and jumped off the train after black album or load (s). Some of them for back on after the most recent album. But I get what you're saying. Even with the post black album discography, it's impossible to argue against how amazing the first 4-5 albums are. I still spin those almost weekly

I have a dozen version of DBTO… and the 40th edition disappointed me. It’s just like the last Metal Blade release, with red vinyl. Nothing else. Not even the inner sheet has the pictures of the band, that was on the original and older versions. One day DBTO will have a really decent version.
