A note on Lethal Mists: camps are extremely risky, people will kill you on the spot, even if you're wearing a crappy 4.1. They will wait until you engage some monsters and then jump at you. And don't expect to find legendary chests either, they are ultra-rare. Consider yourself lucky if you get blue and purple ones. Spiders can be killed in 4.1 but again: gankers will jump at you as soon as they see you in combat with a spider. As well with other high-tier enemies. It's VERY risky and 4.1 builds are a bit slow on the DPS side, so you will need some time to clear everything. It's doable, but it's also very very very easdy to die.
