Heya, I've had a U818a for less than 30 days. Was flying with no issues. Once landed went to retrieve it and there was smoke coming from the drone. Now the RF motor provides no lift. The motor starts spinning when the battery is connected before it is even armed. Once armed the motor does not turn at all. Is this a calibration issue or is the motor bad?

Does anyone know how to secure the blade guards on the instructions tell you to remove a screw and replace ot with the guards on however the guards simply slide into place the screw doesnt actually do anything

I've got a Ninja model and it flew once, landed, and won't start the propellers again. There is no troubleshooting support or support from Drocon on this model that I can find.
