This story is more relevant now than ever before. And with 1/8th mile becoming so popular, it would be easier than ever to fit a race track into a given area, like a fairgrounds, or on the fringe of the city somewhere.....how hard could it be to fit a piece of land 1300ft long by 500 feet wide into that city somewhere? My lord. And like the man said, he's not asking for money....there are private investors ready to step up.
