This is a course for Beginner Artist in which I teach about How to improve your Sketching and Drawing. This is the first episode of the video series in which I start with pencil sharpening. The Key features of the video are:
1. How not to sharpen your pencils
2. Typical length of the graphite lead.
3. Materials used for sharpening
a. Pencil Cutter
b. Sandpaper - 150 grit or 180 grit from s hardware store.
4. The way to cut the pencil with pencil cutter
5. The way to sharpen the pencil on the sandpaper

    Thats impressive but its hard to hear you over the music Can you explain what type of wood you used and how long you put it on stove Also the temperature (low , medium or high )

    Hi Atul 🙂. Thanks so much for this demonstration. I really like the idea of using a piece of leather (or fabric) to open the sketch easel to the angle that we want. Great idea!

    how is this compared to nitram? Also are you able to get different hardnesses like H, HB, B? Thanks

    It would be better if your camera angled lower so we could see what you're referring to or showing at the bottom of the screen, thanks

    I love handmade Easel/Pochade box ...I done 8 models already...and still modifying and improving those. I used 5mm Marine plywood, 3mm Basswood plywood with constant torque hinges others are stainless 304 and aluminum... They are in my channel too.
